I mentioned that I turned to the dark side and purchased the 1DC. I have been losing alot of sleep due to testing the crap out of the camera - I'm a slow learner and make alot of mistakes. I noticed some guys (not me) posted a quick comparison to some Red Epic (shot in 5K) vs the the Canon 1DC (these guys only used Canon glass). That language isn't acceptable on this site. Don't care if it was made in jest or whatever. There are just too many who will find it offensive and out of place.   Leang you will have a PM shortly.   I'm not going to censor you but you have to keep the language inline with acceptability.

  Yes indeed, I got a Redstan clamp for it, it is good though dual focus is a bit of a bitch of course. It has a good look to it...   I think only the Iscorama is single focus, hence some laughable prices being asked for it.   The Moller 32/2x I have has orange flares, subtle though as it's multicoated. I should make some kind of test and upload really, so others can see.

Going back and looking at my own results again, with Moon it appears that 320's only objectionable noise comes from its green channel while luminance is quite clean.  That's with the "tungsten" setting.  I've yet to go through and do a "daylight" test.  I've been rendering out, ironically enough, film grain tests the last couple days adding "noise" back into Moon 3 footage after removing what's there in-camera, lol.

  Not really since the aperture ring is on the lens with a lot of the Nikon glass. I use the AI/S stuff.   With the modern AF stuff you need to flick it into optical viewfinder mode and change the aperture there, then switch back to live view mode.
