  1.   Thanks Jim.   That is the idea really - a one stop. It is getting harder and harder to read the spider web of forum and search engine info. The stuff in the book is my own hands-on research. I sat for like 2000 hours solid in front of software and cameras to make the guide and the $19.99 goes towards the 99% of what EOSHD outputs on the blog - which is FREE.   Cheers

  2. Andrew Just bought your book with the same spirit I donated ML form the beginning. The spirit of community and sharing is the best thing internet has to offer and we see the fruit everyday. Beside that your book is a great shortcut for somebody that wants to shoot RAW. Ciao

  4. I do not own any Canon DSLRs at the moment, but I just went through it and it's a useful technical guide.

  5. A person could literally waste days researching information on the net. For $20, it is handed to you on a silver platter. A lot of time and effort goes into putting together what EOSHD dude, Andrew, put together. Embrace. My 2 cents. Cheers.

    BMPCC Preorder

I think there will be a lot of people cancelling and jumping on the canon raw parade.  so pre orders are probably diminishing as we speak.   I'm hoping everyone cancels, jumps on the shallow dof bandwagon like back in 2009 (but this time with raw), and leaves the smaller more tactful sensor size less used leaving potential for us who are sticking with it with the aesthetic edge.     I have to say I'm on the cusp of looking at a 5dmk3, but the idea of a silky smooth s16mm sensor (and its limitations) is one that is very attractive to me, where most are hankering after a larger sensor again.
