It is a good low cost choice for a beginner in the scope land.
Don't forget you can unscrew the small lens hood to reveal a 52mm filter thread - useful if you need to use filters or dioptres. Enjoy !
Thank you everybody for contributing and helping me out! I finally got my first anamorphic a Sankor 16C,I think it fits my style and limitations.
Its a light lens, that i will pair with a 135mm pentacon on my FF. Hopefully i will be able to shoot handheld, 2x, and start my journey to the anamorphic world.
Have a great Christmas

Yes it's definitely FCPX stabilisation - it wasn't there in the original shot. Those shots were all handheld with non-VR primes so they had to be stabilised. This was primarily a DR test so it didn't matter to me too much.
I need to work on my biceps a bit ...
Nnngh.... nnngh... pfff... phew!
That was me finally giving up and no longer holding my breath waiting for the Part 2 to appear.
I'll stop holding my breath for xmas, but I do hope it'll appear soon.
Right after the holidays. :P
Meanwhile, Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays to everyone, with or without the BMPCC. Cheers!
