That graveyard video looks fantastic... if it didn't have the clumsy gimbal movement it would look like clips from a feature film!

Simplistic tough talk and hyperbole fill this apparent announcement page. No doubt the marketing person who wrote this is a thoroughly experienced shooter.

I saw a video where Italian people had xmas trees up for something like a month beforehand, so throwing them out on Boxing Day doesn't mean "two days".

The C70 codec is definitely soft compared to the C300 mk3. This guy shows a direct comparison: C200 is also very soft when using XFAVC vs RAW Lite, so hopefully on C70 the RAW Lite will add the missing sharpness/detail. I must say adding such a compressed RAW codec on the C70 really seals the deal for me on that cam. Was not expecting such a major firmware update from Canon neither.

In the heat of the day i decided rather than do some meaningful work on some aspect of the property, i'd rather take some dng's and some footage with the p4k and the nd filters i have. I may have to do it again as i didn't take any notes which kinda makes for an all over the place test. At least i learned i should structure my approach. Heres one dng that i have graded and converted to jpg. This should be the okko variable nd and a black promist 1/8. it was one of the last images and i thought what the heck lets mix things up. If nothing else i should at least get a grop of grapes this year.

It would also be good if the dev could enable RAW on the secondary cam modules. Would love to see the 5x periscope on P40 Pro spring into life. Would be like having a S16mm turret again.

@kye, perfectly put! Thanks, mate! Interesting enough, not much exiting footage from S1H filmers on the web. This one would be another one of the very few. Though with over the top saturated hues from leds and some mushyness in the darker areas. I like the overall colour palette and boldness:

From what I got from you, Andrew and Emanuel, and from what I found on youtube, these are some low budget options: -One Plus 7t Pro (video below- Thanks Emanuel for poiniting out- I didnt get that info at first sight) -Mi 10 (Thanks Andrew, looks like a kewl device even without RAW video) -LG G8s -LGv50 -IQOO 5 -Poco X3 (this one would be a guess, from the other five phones above is footage floating around with supposely Raw clips recorded with the Motoion Cam App) So friends, go ahead and research this interesting field. Cannot wait to see some footage. One thing I recognize, the first testers show some enjoyable footage, just like the pioneers back then with their first GH1, 5D2 footage. Some great little clips from these enthusiasts!

I hope they didn't pay someone a ton of money to design that webpage! They probably did. 😬

It does 60p, you just need the 7Q recorder. The 444 model does 60p to the black magic video assist tho.
