    Okay now I am REALLY confused. I went ahead and installed the Vanilla patch and it is still giving me trouble. I shot some footage indoors on the HBR setting and it seemed to be working fine until I went outside. I knew the true test would be shooting something with high detail so I shot some leaves on a tree blowing in the wind. Immediately, the camera gave me the message, "MOTION RECORDING WAS CANCELLED DUE TO THE LIMITATION OF THE WRITING SPEED OF THE CARD." Again, I bought the fastest card possible which is the SanDisk 64GB Extreme Pro SDXC Card 95MB/s. Can anyone shed some light on what is happening? Thanks! P.S. Sorry to be asking all these questions with NAB being right around the corner.

    Looks like it still isn't working on the HBR mode even with the zeroed out pass. Would the Vanilla Patch resolve the issue you think? However, using the Variable Movie Mode at 80% shooting at 24p works just fine. Is this the best way to achieve 30p? Thanks!

    Hmmmm... it looks like shooting in HBR mode (30p) with the EOSHD UNIFIED hack is too much for my sd card, which is really confusing me. I bought the fastest possible SD card which is the SanDisk 64GB Extreme Pro SDXC Card 95MB/s and it still can't keep up? How are people shooting 176 Mbps videos?

    Is there any hack that offers AVCHD Intra 1080p30 with a higher bit rate than the 24Mbps the new v1.1 firmware gives us? A simple yes or no will suffice. Thanks.

    Hi Everyone, Recently, I bought the GH2 Shooter's Guide and I am still a little confused about some important information I am trying to figure out. In the shooter's guide it mentions that 30p is only achievable using MJPEG compression, although under the patch vault section it lists 30p with AVCHD compression. Does this mean I can install this patch and then it will allow a GH2 to shoot AVCHD 1080p30? And more importantly, will it be of equal quality to the 24p setting? Thanks!
