  1. I think it's unanimous it is the MFT format. If we are back to larger sensor size today on mirrorless devices, we all found them starting there. Reflex cameras will become past sooner than any fair guess because of it. On the other end, the miniaturization coupled to the technology able how to offer steady shots the lighter the better will bring drones and smartphones to surprisingly (or maybe not so much) both match HDR and low lighting in the decade to come. - E.
  2. I instead notice YT has 5K but not 6K yet, so a few will wonder if it will be worthy to watch it underdog... LOL ; -)
  3. I see now why you're not a fan lover of MFT... LOL : ) Not surprised though once you don't care for the glass options available out there for this format ; ) MFT is the underdog format by excellence anyway ; -)
  4. I am all in : ) How to comply it?
  5. No worries, I am getting used to : ) Just funny, because a craft is invariably much wider than that (to include our subjective scope ; ) I am excited with the half-full (anamorphic) glass, a new definition for game changer I've learnt but here... LOL : -)

No idea about you but this SOC outcome colour-wise & 4K60p seems a quick win to me: These bloody busters didn't add a slice bread cutter feature yet! ; )
  7. I just find a few comments here no less funny instead as well... ; ) Content is king not for anamorphic peepers, I see : D No worries, who professionally shoot taking care of anamorphics, they care much less, I will dare to write or nobody can't focus on the craft at all before to come here and read these boards! :- D When I was in the film school, a few colleagues of mine were used to spend a couple of rehearsals, literally, to choose the best for their casual look in the front of the mirror... LOL Such vibe reminds me that : X As foot note, nice to see you @Tito Ferradans over here along your insights, be who you are, no one cannot say anything much different than but thanks, it's a pleasure to read your thoughts on so unpretentious topic, you da man! : ) @kye you're the voice of the reason, thanks God you exist! : -)
  8. @BTM_Pix LOL What Spanish town @Grimor?

Lovely imagerie indeed, one of the best from such a mobile device *thumbs up* ...but there's some other option on Android side nowadays and with 4K60p where gcam can be used anyway: Last but not least, when smartphones are the topic, well, let's listen what teens have to say...? LOL : -)
  10. No, I didn't see it on HDR. But it is already very good anyway : ) Here's another one also pretty worthy:
  11. Not only @Tito Ferradans but also yours @heart0less ... ; -)

This guy knows his job... It requires an operator for well shot pictures as much as any other camera, after all ; -)
  13. Old but still always new : ) Here's my 1st contribution: Shot entirely on Lensbaby Lenses and Canon 5D Mark II SLR Camera

  15. @mercer Reminds me those drone shots... People expect high quality from bad camera usage going along speedy movements, here's an example in the 1st video there: Before demanding from the device, what about the way and how fast the operator moves it?
  16. LOL Well, Storaro says you can't go beyond until the projection system will be updated ; ) A shaky shot can be unusable no matter how many shades your pallet of colour has, so start to think on a tripod or buy a gimbal :- D
  17. I don't become so enthusiastic myself with new fancy stuff, except with game changers. As Storaro said in one of those videos, 16-bit is as much as 12-bit today, I'd add. Below, I don't mind to even shoot with 8-bit but would never cut a zero from the right row side if I can keep it there ; ) Go figure for narrative work... where grading shades are part of your craft to multiply layers in order to tell deeper/better your stories : -)
