From same 1/2.3" sensor size (6.17 x 4.55 mm) I'd say 1-stop (f/2.0 vs 2.8) of difference makes the whole (better) deal.

Seems so and and to also grade pretty well: Another comparison: This is even more conclusive:

@kye Great thread, man! @Andrew Reid Stick it, Andrew! : -)

Indeed : ) Well-asked request. An effective way to address further inspection on it : -) -

Hey, hey, seems do I need your medicine?! *sigh* oh boy, take a look but on your belly button ; ) That use of the verb 'to cry' is coming from where? From the substantive already used in my previous posting? Be creative for your own sake. What didn't I clarify? Are you actually able to read anything other than your insults addressed to the other side? Because of what? Don't worry, pal, I will never quote you again without asking permission, no worries, no need to freak out... LOL Need to pay attention who has actually written it... haha You go directly to be the only one in my ignore list so far, sorry, I won't even quote you this time or I can't get rid of you. Well, I won't repeat myself. You have several posts for the subject matter from my side, pick the part suits that. Not my problem you ask to clear up something the whole world already got except you, but the quote here can still do it for you as easy as: -

I bet so. Pretty killer combo. Reason why I'd love to see 4K 60p via HDMI once you have there a recorder able to offer it. Here others claiming the same chance from. -

Yeah, let's focus on topic rather than attacking people only because someone may not like to read what they write. Even because I think we all agree or should agree at least, freedom of speech on such neutral location : D doesn't hurt... Wouldn't it be better to have no crop on the new Canon FF offer BTW? Or then, once we are in a Nikon thread, getting the chance to have 10-bit 4K/60p even from a possible APS-C crop on Z6/Z7 when connected with HDMI output? You said, internally. Ah so, if I had bashed the device (if you were used to read my posts other than along this thread, you'd know I am not the crying baby stereotype you may extract from your short shot) I wouldn't be pointing out the lack of 4K/60p over HDMI. This open door is what I'd like to hear. Seems some inconsistency from your judgement. Moreover, I'd pay to see some care on giving us (all of us, not only you who act like you are the thread or Nikon users' spokesperson) 4K 60p coupled to the Atomos recorder. Yeah, why not? Here's where the unfair trolling accusation against my position stands. Someone who only wants to join a party is (invariably to some of us, variably to a few, I see) NOT a troll. I would never call someone a loser either only because I would be the worst of them behaving like that in front of everyone. No hard feelings anyway. We are all adults, ain't we? : -D No pun intended from my side, fellow; BTW those smileys in your post now were funny, Simon : -) The world is not us not our class, but the other one at our side, whether we like him/her or not (E : -) -

You insult someone else here at the distance of your mouse and come popping up with the idea your attitude is cool? Give me a break, man, what else you want to address with the usual expressions on here? PM me, I already told you. What refrains you? More show off? Do you feel better to insult other posters over here?! Is that the case? What should I write to you now? To recommend you a shrink specialist because that's not my field?! Don't you hint all this approach as ridiculous? How old are you? Here's another one... LOL Sarcasm is not an exclusive of yours, mate ; -) Here you have another usual smiley of mine. Better than to send you an insult back, dude. Respect the readers. I try, at least. What about my comment? Why not to strictly restrict on topic in behalf of everyone here? I inferred this Z6/Z7 series have such a smooth autofocus I'd appreciate to have as tool. I just refrained to buy a Z7 unit because of lack of 4K 60p as much as I refrain myself to write what I think now about you. What's the beef against that? -

Emanuel replied to Andrew Reid's topic in Cameras
Well, if you find a better picture of yourself to come to insult someone you have no clue about, only because you didn't like what you read, your in your own. To me, a loser is someone who has no guts to say it face to face and prefers to hide behind a little keyboard covered by an anonymous alias far away, addressing such lovely words in so fancy no lower attitude. Other than that, I am at your disposal in private mode to handle anything you want. I can even give you my physical address whenever you want to come to meet such a loser in your words but personally... ; -) On your easy accusation, no, I am not trolling at all. I am only point a missing feature I see in this Nikon offer in 2018. I don't even start to shoot and call it a loser device either. Go figure on people who addresses me a balanced and fair-minded comment. Is that the way you face any fair observation on topic? The worst people on earth are used to play such game, dude. Who's a loser after all? Get a better angle on your portrait : ) Ah OK, we have no idea of your name, isn't it? I guess you ain't Simon Young nor Young fellas who are used to like your posts now... LOL : -D So, no hard your shit hit the fan... What about to call your attitude a fine example of the most silliest fanboyism? -

Emanuel replied to Andrew Reid's topic in Cameras
I would have bought one (Z7) if they had added 4K 60p. Backorder canceled. But that was my previous post... What does it make you to quote it now four hours later? ; ) And not when you liked Simon's post four hours ago...? LOL First off, you're losing the whole point. Z6 related thread but actually Z7 related post too. The post I quoted, mine I added, as well. Why, you ask? Because I'd love to have a much higher resolution hybrid (add a bonus here as Nikkor collector for 2 decades now) with smooth autofocus and 4K 60p, triple in one. Anything against that? : -D When you'll find such Nikon deal, let me know, I'll very likely buy one then... : P -
Markets vary according to national regions, go figure worldwide or industry segments. No need to set up a hierarchy in-between, nor hostile vibes neither showing off.

Emanuel replied to Andrew Reid's topic in Cameras
Or the Pocket 4K... They are not FF anyways. Yes, you can match with them: DOF coupled to a focal reducer and/or fast glass; low light performance too from the new generation of sensors even without adapters. Not higher resolution acquisition à la Z7 though. -

I've seen and enjoyed it actually. Pity they've forgotten to add 4K/60p. I had bought 1 camera unit at least : -) -
Seems Crane 3 LAB brings video monitoring, not available with the smaller Weebill LAB: https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1571220 http://www.zhiyunstore.com/en/zhiyun-crane-3-lab/ Exactly my feelings for now (even though I feel myself tempted to buy the Crane 3 LAB pending on waiting for weight information) : https://www.reddit.com/r/GH5/comments/9xfm4t/zhiyun_weebil_lab/

@webrunner5 Don, you can reach Terry on dvxuser: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/member.php?40593-Terry-Nixon Worthy of a try once the worldwide demand since this camera is the dream of some generations as matter of fact, from a Texas seller though, who knows? They are a reputable supplier, you'll only end fine there : -)

Thanks : ) Everything, actually. If you've found any issues so far. Your impression the deeper you go on your experience with the gimbal. People say this is not designed to balance this camera. Any solid workaround to overcome it? I guess these are your first shots along this setup but... Do you find your results as smooth as any other ones from other gimbals? No wobble from your outcome?
-
No, no and no. I am sorry : ) Have you already shot with one? AF there can be rather useful, you just have no AF continuous. Other than that, it serves the cause (tap-to-focus + that large screen even adds the absence of EVF : )) Battery life? Get a few of them or just any workaround as you wish which may fit your cup of tea. You won't complain in the end. The immovable screen is the best size I've already seen in a camera of this or any other size to be honest. The way fits there and its clever position design even helps the shooter to not feel the need to articulate the screen, that is, no extra distractions to disturb the operator, actually... It works, man ! All about angle(s)... Forget the selfies : D Those Aussies have designed such a (PRO) tool : P There are no relevant shortcomings, really. Only in the head of those who don't know the camera : ) Discretion, you said? It is as light as 722 grams... Mirrorless class, my friend. You put a pancake lens and with its 5" screen looks like you even have a smartphone in your hands! Trust me, I have one coupled with a 35-100mm f/2.8 between me and my keyboard while I write such words now... Purely true LOL Get one to begin with and let's talk then, OK? : -) Last but not least, I'd just appreciate Nikon had added 4K/60p even through HDMI (why not WTH?) ...and I would have purchased a Z7 for sure. Nikon lover here. My first SLR camera still to collect dust amongst my 2-decades collection of Nikkor lenses (BTW, I can use them on P4K, but I can't the reverse from MFT to Nikon or something else's FF, isn't it? ; ) Therefore, waiting for upcoming Panny offer for now.
-
You won't want to capture all of your stuff on 4K/60p, of course... As much as direct sound, actually ; ) But, you'll probably praise to have such feature to enrich your outcome when you feel like so. My beef with Z6/Z7 cameras as single motion picture acquisition device is exactly the lack of 4K/60p, no matter how low light ability will be extracted from FF. Or better autofocus. Or yet that extra high resolution as fitter hybrid tools at stills side. BTW, I've been using ISO1250 coupled to fast glass on MFT (P4K) for night footage without missing FF at all... : -)
-
How can Z6 beat 4K/60p from GH5S? The fact they miss the feature in this camera even through HDMI is beyond my own understanding...
-
What do you @Anaconda_ have to tell about it?
-
There's no buyer remorse with this camera. Count on it : -)
-
Once I am also based in US, I am able to put it in Europe if someone will be interested I can ship it from EU as well. I'll probably have stock for. Send me PM as you wish : -)

I've shot some stuff but the best of my footage so far is only home videos with the usual cast, so a bit hard to post it over here, despite the rain these days. Some projects will pop up for sure : ) My fav ones particularly in the dusk and night along is ISO1250, looks like ISO100 ; ) With fast glass you have no need for anything else... (E : -)
