another interesting review:

So, color science à la Fuji, you say? ;-)

Indeed. Even though, Panasonic has managed all this in a different way.

True. 4K is a golden standard for motion picture BTW. Big screen for theatrical release included. IMAX aside, perhaps. Actually, there is more beyond sharpness. Mavic outcome is a fine example of that.

Even though, I may follow Andrew on his X-T2 bet, well, some perspective(s) also will ;-) https://***URL removed***/reviews/image-comparison/fullscreen?attr29_0=panasonic_dmcgx85&attr29_1=fujifilm_xt2&normalization=full&widget=105&x=-0.07116278920634347&y=0.7982730037049333 https://***URL removed***/reviews/image-comparison/fullscreen?attr29_0=sony_a6300&attr29_1=fujifilm_xt2&normalization=full&widget=105&x=-0.07116278920634347&y=0.7982730037049333 On the other hand... https://***URL removed***/reviews/image-comparison/fullscreen?attr29_0=sony_a6300&attr29_1=panasonic_dmcgx85&attr72_0=4k&attr72_1=4k&normalization=full&widget=426&x=0.4260463692707934&y=-0.13237727523441808 https://***URL removed***/reviews/image-comparison/fullscreen?attr29_0=sony_a6300&attr29_1=fujifilm_xt2&attr72_0=4k&attr72_1=4k&normalization=full&widget=426&x=0.4260463692707934&y=-0.13237727523441808

Interesting information. My bad, I thought they would be able to record video on SD cards at least (SSD on board on Inspire 2). Therefore, they could be a curious GH5 competitor with 4/3" format, 4K/60p, still a chance for V90 SDXC route (= 720Mbps; ProRes begins at 500Mbps, without mention V60 cards for ProRes LT or 1080HQ at 220Mbps). Pity, that said, they're losing a fine chance to be a competitive camera company.

Funny to say once we're unable to yet order the version 1 now but actually, Mavic Pro 2 will :-)

Impressive stuff. DJI is earning a special and unique place in the industry. Very disruptive products. Reminds me RED* but at DSLR prices. I am sold. * without mention, there's no RED drone or RED Osmo...

Indeed. Well, it seems 1600 will compete with the GH5... http://store.dji.com/product/zenmuse-x5s-exclude-lens#/?_k=ydfi1i

Still from Bali series... and etc... a low light sample: 2.7K acquisition mixed with iPhone 7 Plus + FilmicPro app coupled to a slider for non-aerial shots: and another shootout:

D-Cinelike @ 800 ISO: another low light sample, but response of same kind... crushed blacks, oh yeah, but virtually noiseless and detail where there's light to expose: more interesting stuff on Mavic potentialities: Not available embedded but it is worthy to watch it on vimeo... take a look:
