  1. @Marcio Kabke Pinheiro ; )
  3. Indeed, this seemed simply not doable just a few years ago...
  4. LOL Almost the same can be written for flowers too...! : D
  5. Sent you PM : ) but it's very nice and fits fine to this forum to see practical movie products coming from these devices we all love other than the customary flowers and cats... LOL :- )
  6. Ogni tanto si, a Roma, in Portogallo in questo momento (sono Portoghese) quando non in UK : ) Bellissima piccola opera, vado a vedere il resto... What exactly is this one? :- )
  7. Ciao @Razvan Lacatus lovely piece of work, colour temperature... Cinematography, ambience < 3 Dove stai in Italia? (mia seconda casa, forse prima... LOL : ) - EAG
  8. Meant film emulation LUTs. There were actually a very small amount of grain slightly added during finishing via daVinci. @Owlgreen
  9. Ucoming AFX v1.8 firmware upgrade on July 11 for compatibility with Blackmagic v7.9 camera firmware for the P4K and P6K/PRO series. From manufacturer's message: Don't upgrade your camera firmware to use with AFX until then. Thanks @BTM_Pix EAG :- )
  10. The best bang for the buck to me are one of these birds. : ) From same pilot: Rome on Mavic 3 & Istanbul on Mini 3 Pro. - EAG
  11. You're pretty right on the spot : ) even though a bigger sensor size will help to minimize the gap and each help is welcome :- ) Even still crappy for the reasons you mention, that low light performance is priceless compared with the actual tech at our disposal till today. It won't change much but enough to make it usable for certain circumstances. - EAG
  12. With no less inventive angle setup to demand from the shooter, anyway :- )
  13. Last but not least, the best camera is the one you have as we all know but sometimes tend to forget ; ) Yet, no camera works without the shooter but there are cameras which can do it less than other tools and this is effectively what it is. Horses for courses. For such 360º performance is an incredible one. The professional mantra always depends obviously on the skills/ability of the user to manage it and the service made with the outcome.
  14. We've used the 360 concept for BTS as for instance and has been a recipe for success. As well, for insert shots like those examples @gt3rs has posted. Camera setup usually on tripod without much motion are ingredients for further practical handling. No other capture device will deliver the same for such handy and price point package as of mid-2022. It's a unique product. EAG :- )
  15. 1. This is not a Jack of all trades. 2. Indeed. So they're very useful if well used. They're speciality cameras. 3. Who is he? ; ) LOL The only experts I am aware to be considered like that are a couple of 360 nerds, I guess and yes, we cannot dream too much yet but at least make it still usable under certain variables: And here's another one to prove why despite the current tech limitations, this is more than a meh upgrade obviously for those who have 3 cameras of them as myself now going one step further:
  16. Thank you mate for the suggestion... Who knows we'll see it there from your tip now? ; ) I love anything Ireland related! < 3
  17. Me too! Hope to hear something yet on topic this week! Grazie! :- )
  18. Don't ask this because you'll be shocked with the real number... LOL Well, we're used to make miracles at times... ; ) Kenjo's next one I've already been literally invited to participate as Executive Producer if not more I guess I will ; ) it will be in a different tone on such darker side (INFINITE BLUE is the working title) as every single piece of him BTW. INFINITE BLUE has been designed as a low-budget, psycho-sexual art-house-horror: A bored housewife discovers a mysterious portal that leads to her joining an underground cult and unlocking her potential. YAMOME (2018) -- The Widow, in English, is something he did from a 30-year old young director and, well, it's simply a way beyond only a middle age man like my age could even imagine to shoot... 'cause it's simply amazing his insight as outcome there in one of the best portraits of a middle age woman I've ever seen on screen... Ozu would be proud! As much as Mizoguchi or Naruse, I am pretty sure. Kenjo knows very well my enthusiasm when I privately told him exactly such words... Kenjo follows their tradition and legacy for his cinema. It's an old award-winning film critic who addresses to you now this line. I am suspicious as his producer but you can mark my words. I am with him since AUTOMATION (2017) and MAKE-BELIEVERS is the result of an intense labour since TRAMSMISSION (2019), also producer there, based on 'The Statement of Randolph Carter' by H.P. Lovecraft to celebrate one century of his work. No film grain simulations were used. Just raw and pure post-production work with many hours (in Philippines) of delicate grading obviously well cared to carefully fit the story and the characters. Inspired both on Kenjo's emotional side and mine with both fathers of us. BTW my own father is Executive Producer for some reason ;- ) Thanks for your kind remarks, - EAG
  19. Yes, Pocket 6K. These vintage manual Nikkor AI lenses: 20mm F2.8 24mm F2 28mm F2.8 35mm F1.4 50mm F1.2 85mm F1.4 135mm F2 In order to match Kenjo's vision for this movie. Soft dreamy look especially for certain scenes. Great director, by the way! He is much above the average to say the least. IMO one of the most promising directors I've worked with and even seen as movie lover today.
  20. LOL It's just a scene but yeah, sounds inspired from but on that one, you need to ask it directly to Kenjo, my partner in crime, he is half Irish by father side, you know? I'd dare to say melancholy is not absent from there either... Even though, much something more added there as well, I believe and see : ) Thanks for your care ! :- ) Here's a new (official) trailer which I guess unveils a bit more of it:
  21. Yeah, in fact : ) A Japanese feature film. There's a specific thread open now here:
  22. It's a Premiere this time in the region (north of country) where I was born and raised... Y'all Invited! https://www.avanca.com/ https://filmfreeway.com/avancaff Shot on Blackmagic Pocket 6K camera series (G1). Proudly Co-Produced in Japan by this EOSHD fellow of yours, - EAG
