1. looks good ..a bargin!!
2. Or these Jacobs ND4 filters are actually made by Cokin (and exactly the same quality and tested both side by side) if you prefer individual screw on filters rather than Cokins system   discount stock here very cheap and very good!  looks through their listings they have all sizes on their ebay page http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Jacobs-ND4-Super-slim-Neutral-Density-filter-72mm-for-nikon-canon-sony-NEW-PRO-/110954838820?pt=UK_CamerasPhoto_CameraAccessories_CameraLensesFilters_JN&hash=item19d56c7b24   http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Jacobs-ND4-Super-slim-Neutral-Density-filter-67mm-for-nikon-canon-sony-NEW-PRO-/110954837360?pt=UK_CamerasPhoto_CameraAccessories_CameraLensesFilters_JN&hash=item19d56c7570
3. I shoot with legacy lenses most of the time now and Ive not had any issues you do get colour tinge differances as different glass formulation are warmer ot cooler in tone Zeiss have a warm look , Fujinon are more cool blue tinged etc but you can correct all this grading in post its not an issue
4. its a 1970's cinema projection lens 2x anamorphic its Ok not great I have 2 of these lenses you can mount it on a dslr using a velbon lens support rail and a lens support ring. Its not really that sharp and I wouldnt use it on an Alexa. I would recomend a Schneider 2x anamorphic much better lenses and sharper
5. I'm going to buy Peter Jackson 2 of these for Christmas .....one for each camera....will hide a multitude of sins!! http://www.tiffen.com/promist.htm
6. Nolan and Snyder are both film freaks , I think they will shoot film as long as they can for their projects....
7. New trailer Directed by Zack Snyder , Produced by Christoper Nolan. Full of anamorphic flare ! shot on film - not a digital camera in sight  ;)  !!   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DaPBBOHfsA   looks good! 8. cheap and easy and great image quailty Cokin P series filter and a holder and set of adaptor rings so you can fit it on any lens you have and get Cokin P series ND4 and ND8 filters to go in it.   its works its reliable and cheap and easy to carry in your kit bag. Ive gone through Tiffen, Harrison,  Schneider, Kodak Wratten ND Filters  etc for my matte box and I always end up using the Cokins as I think they look better image wise. ND filters are disposable commodities , they will get scratched and dropped when on set or outside so scratching a $25 Cokin is OK , Scratching a $300 Tiffen is going to be painful!
9. Buy and adaptor and use it!
10. MC = multi coated   it is Olympus OM mount
11. looks very well shot and as you say the low light shots are stunning especially when you read Charlotte Bruss used nothing more than T2.8

13. panasonic battery lets you know when it is going to die and lasts alot longer the third party ones just die with no warning. (my third party one kast approx half as long as the panasonic ) I havnt found any that do
14. it does seem to be the camera of choise at the moment
15. interesting that it is shot with Cooke Panchros  max t stop 2.8 .........   'I chose to film with the new Cooke Panchros, a series of lenses that reproduces a soft “vintage” feeling and that only open at 2.8. As I was saying, Thomas Vinterberg is very close to his characters, and the number one priority for me in terms of lighting was enhancing faces and eyes.'
16. ALEXA:   Have a read of this .....good interview here http://www.afcinema.com/Cinematographer-Charlotte-Bruus-Christensen-discusses-her-work-on-Thomas-Vinterberg-s-The-Hunt.html?lang=fr       What camera equipment did you choose ? CBC : As concerns the camera, given the limited number of spotlights and Thomas’ wish to film in an almost documentary-like style, we first thought we would film on 35mm. But we didn’t have the budget for it. The Alexa took the place of a 35mm camera, and I had to adapt my style to that device. As far as lenses are concerned, I wanted to film with Cooke S2 lenses, but the sensitivity of the sensor to the colour red and the lack of uniformity within that series made me change my mind. After a couple of tests, I chose to film with the new Cooke Panchros, a series of lenses that reproduces a soft “vintage” feeling and that only open at 2.8. As I was saying, Thomas Vinterberg is very close to his characters, and the number one priority for me in terms of lighting was enhancing faces and eyes. 17. I use Driftwood Quantum 9B Update hack with San Disc Extreme Pro 64gb 95mb/s cards absolutely no problems or issues I suggest you try the Driftwood Quantum 9B update hack , its is very good Ive been using this on commercial jobs , I shot with 2 cameras last week. no crashes or stops all day worked very smoothly for 8 hours on the job. plus you CAN play back the footage in the camera this works ok you do NOT need to turn off the camera after each take.   ps: it records 1 gig per minuite onto your card so you do need 64gb cards all these hi bit rate hacks only work with San Disc Extreme Pro 64gb 95mb/s cards Dritfwood confirmed this... his hacks are designed to use just this one card

19. Konica AR 40mm/1.8 is a very useful lens on gh2 I like it it have a cool looking flare to it (sometimes it rainbows! )   Sigma 24mm f2.8 is a great lens I like alot Minolta 45mm f2 is nice and sharp   Minolta 24-35 f3.5 is a great very sharp useful lens on a panasonic
