1- @kye Of course there will be an A7S III
2- I agree with @newfoundmass. I think the issue is technology at this point. Just lookt at the FS5 II and yet it has a smaller sensor. But I am sure it will at least have 4K60p otherwise there is not point as it would be an A7III in worst (less mpx). 
3- All things considered, it is safe to assume that the A7S III will be an A7 III with lower res sensor and 4K60P internal. The question remains on the bonuses: 10bit, mpx count, ...
4- @zerocool22 Why? There is no FF camera on the market with 4K60p and a good AF today except the 1DX which cost 2 arms, weight a truck and has poor codecs. The new Black Magic will give you the absolute best image under 4000$ for sure with 4K60p RAW. But at what cost? At the cost of small sensor size (acceptable) and no AF which for me is in the absolute must have feature list for any new video camera. After trying the A7R III on a gimbal I cannot imagine using anymore piece of shit AF like GH5 and so on as a main camera. 
Still I ordered the BM day one because as I said the image will be superb but for me it cannot be my main camera.
Depends on what you film of course!

I have known that from the day I started photography.
BUT as you say, 1.2 and 1.4 on FF cannot be replicated on M43 and i do not agree there is a big difference between a FF 1.4 and 2.0. 
Also I don’t agree with DR in stills. Giant leap between M43 and FF, and yes I have owned a GH4, GH5 and Olympus as well as FF DSLRs and A7RII. Massive real world difference. In fact as you say super 35 is not bad. A Nikon D7200 for exemple boasts a very good usable DR better even that some FF like Canon shit. But M43, not at all.
For video DR is less impacted. In fact FF is not crazy important for me in video especially because having a 1.4 look in video is pretty hard to manage. 
I returned the GH5 not because of M43, but because of that god damn shitty AF. GH5 with great AF is all I need for video and I guess it’s gonna be a A7S3
i would not mind paying less for body and lens and loose FF. Again, for video only.

Not true. He uses most of the time AF, especially when on gimbal.
the case of Brandon is more a proof that AF is amazing for video, than the contrary.

I preordered. I hope it boosts Sony to release better than 4K60p 8 bit on A7siii though... 

This thing is magnificent but that AF......  Same camera with Canon DPAF I would pay double the price easily. 
I love the screen, the recording formats... image will be gorgeous. No IBIS means Gimbal and Gimbal means continuous AF. Never right...

Thats probably true. Ive only covered European and World championships when held in Europe. Then Nikon has been maximum 1%. And the rest Canon. 0% of anything else.
But Im sure in the US and other countries its more of a Canikon type situation

I prove you wrong. Used Neuman footage, I did a 2 min graded and posted the result here in EOSHD, Andrew Reid and multiple other members elected it the best grade posted in the thread. 
If you do not know how to grade properly thats not anybody's fault but yours. GH5 V-LOG is extremely easy to grade. 
Now that the standard profile of the Canon looks better out of the box than GH5 standard - yes probably but this is not the question.

I am hopping for the following: 

SAME Camera as A7III with same sensor but: 
+ weather sealing and A7RIII screen/viewfinder (this is a given...) 
+ 4k60p
+ 1080-240p
+ 10 bit
Keeping the same A7III sensor is great: Makes it cheaper for Sony, gives us A7III-like image quality for stills (12mp not good enough for me) and most important allows for APSC video mode. Having 2 lenses in one is just great. Put a 20 or 24mm on that and you get a very wide + standard 35mm, and put a light 50mm prime and you get a useful standard 50mm + a portrait lens 75mm. 
This gives you 24/35/50/75mm covered with just 2 lenses. How amazing is that? 

For me, this would blow the GH5. Just make it Sony! 
Oh, and the only potential issue with my spec list would be Rolling Shutter with the 24mpx..... Hopefully they can sort that out.
