I can't imagine them selling many in the US at that price. You can get established brands for less money.

The quote is "one stop better and IS" I think "one stop better" is referring to ISO. They claim the G7 replacement, combined with one of two current optically stabilized lenses- but they plan on making the dual IS compatible with more of those lenses over time, is good for 5 stops of stabilization. Which is pretty remarkable. I imagine the GH5 will at least be able to equal it. Still, looks like Olympus has the edge unless Panasonic can step it up for the GH5. 5 stops is incredible. 6.5 stops is just unbelievable.

The EM1ii probably won't be as good as dpaf but then again, can Canon offer 6.5 stops of stabilization? The af looks to be vastly improved, and given the stabilization with the new 12-100, I'd probably be willing to make do.

Olympus says the stabilization for the EM1 ii combined with the new 12-100 is gonna be good for 6.5 stops! I wanna see what this looks like. For a documentarian, I think the EM1ii plus the new 12-100 could be an awesome combo. If the stabilization of the lens combined with what's in the camera is as good as they say, that's just incredible.

I think the video looks okay but if you want really nice looking Canon video you're gonna have to get one of their cinema cameras, which is a major bummer. At least it has DPAF.

It's about time given the pile of cash they've been sitting on.

I thought the flog was coming in a later firmware?
-
Are these lenses really rare? I've only come across a brief clip of the Moller and nothing with the Zeiss.
-
Not impressed by the color footage but this looks really nice.

The Pocket is in desperate need of a refresh. I don't know their sales figures, but I bet they've sold as many of the Pocket as they have every other camera they've made combined.
-
So which one do you prefer and why?
-
Love the bokeh.

Sigma said they expect their lenses to be under $5,000, which makes me think they'll be in the same ballpark as Tokina. They do look very nice. But I think I'd rather have the $850-900 versions and save some money.

Vova's the man! Fantastic work.

Love those flares. I guess this is 2x? Just looked it up on ebay and these lenses are pretty cheap but huge. What kind of setup are you using?
-
This isn't a true parfocal lens either.

I really do think the GH4 looks the best, and that surprises me. I figured I would go A7rii, 5d iv, and then GH4. But it ended up being the exact opposite.
-
I think the GH4 looks the best. And the colors are similar to Canon, but I think even better. The A7rii, no way it's that bad.

This is the first Canon camera I've been interested in in ages. Just wish they would add a fast portrait lens to their lineup. It'd be so cool if they had a trio of affordable f2 lenses. And from my perspective Cinegain is right about the need for a variangle screen.
-
If they would just add a couple more affordable f2 primes to go along with the 22mm. I think this is an exciting camera.

DPAF and 5 axis IS? I think this camera looks and sounds pretty awesome.

I wonder how much smaller it is than the full frame lens, which is enormous.
