You are wrong, both cameras are in the same position and angle. You can freeze the frame and compare it yourself in more parts of this video. The best part where you can see the real life difference in cameras behavior and jello effect is at time 0:26-0:29. If you don't see any difference, maybe you are in the wrong profession...

The GX85 does not have mic input, and the battery is smaller. The body is smaller which is good for vacation, but shape is worse for work.

Tested it. Nothing at all! same old bad codecs in MP4. No new GPU card support, only Intel Quick Sync (Which is not supported on my Xeon cpu). Useless for 4K encoding :-( I really cannot understand that.
