In GH3 high speed burst mode uses video scaler - so 2.5k jpegs are not better than 60P video. That is a shame and almost cheating from Panasonic. I dont know about G6. If someone someone could try it. Take 1 photo and burst and compare.

I cant post today any more photos but I can say that HDR filter videos has very light highlights and midtones and hard shadows in normal "soft" light scene. I am not sure you can restore it to look perfectly normal. Also sharpening is too hard for normal shooting. If you have GH3 you must try yourself.

Like Andrew figured codec quality is an achilles heel of RX10. I have tested with my GH3 differences between 28 Mbs AVCHD and 50Mbs mov and I can say that mov is much cleaner. I think also that GH3 AVCHD is still better than RX10 AVCHD because it has peak bitrate of 31Mbs. Here are enlarged (400%) samples of typical difference.

I was surprised that artistic Mickey Mouse filter High Dynamic is usable in some situations. It increases dynamic range almost raw photo level. In my tests about 12.5 steps of dynamic range. It has very light tone curve and it is not good for normal shooting. But sunsets and city lights benefits of it. Here are my samples:
