I am using sigma 70mm macro lens with 16h. It is close to perfect. But I am modifying 70mm lens, still waiting for a part.

IMO, only H is better than ISCO integrated anamorphic lens. Others are poorer than ISCO.

Even if I have never own both. but I think there is no major difference between all 16x lens except 16h in term of view angle.

Buyer must be German?

I don't think so. Since last year, I started to play anamorphic lens, the price has been going up until recently. The best recently price of 16H is this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/161245378521 I am still looking for more of this lens for use in different lens. But I like my ELMOSCOPE II more, because the distance marks are as metric I am more familiar with. btw, I use it to take pictures only, not video. I don't think video is more demanded than photo.

I have some. so can tell you what I knew. 1) if same type of lens (such as integrated lens), anamorphic lens part is the same. 2) solid blue star is older, empty star is newer, from serial number sequence told. but coating has difference. And red one is the best, higher class, from seller said.
