IMO, they have the same sharpness for all these size lens. The difference is the view angle. ISCO can use 100mm without vignetting at infinity on FF camera. 16-D needs 135mm.
To be safe, I think you can take out front lens then cut lips with saw, not so difficult. I disassembled other new type lens, but I think it is similar.
16h/8z/b&h/Elmoscope II are the only 2x lens with its diameter size bigger to its length, except LOMO 35mm. So compared with 16S, shorter in length, bigger diameter, which means wider angle, or less vignettes when uses with the same prime lens.
Actually, ISCO integrated lens is smaller then Cinelux. There are more other ISCO made big lenses. To say flares, they all have different version of coating. And Cinelux new and old version are different too. But basically they are all belong to quite week as flares.
