So what is the difference between this lens, if any, to the SMC Pentax-M 28mm f2 lens. The mount is the same too isn't it?

What would I need to get it working, a Yashica or a Contax adapter? Any modification I need to do for the lens?

Thanks for the response Andy. So does anybody have a guide how to take apart the lens and remove the iris control lever or is it just better to snap it off as advised in the article?
