Hello all, I have been in Scotland for a week, what a beautiful country and people and I just want to share some pics and a short video playing with the very cheap 16-50PZ. All auto WB, 0 Sat, -10NR, +1 Contrast and 6ºHue. Video is just 7 seconds in Waverley Station testing autofocus. The more I look that video, the pocket 4K it´s more a BMCC mini, I really like that big screen.

Well I like that retro-style, it´s bulk, but better battery inside for sure. Front rec button, tilt screen, 1.495€ at least I think

That last photo looks an MFT! Is S16? How to Know it?

PLEASE S16, 13 stops, MFT, 4k Raw+Prores, better screen and battery. Ah and same price that original pocket at launch. I hope MFT Speedbooster will work on the Pocket 2.

GoPro Hero 6 Black 505€ I bought a Yi 4K+ 268,06€ shipment included. That´s the problem of GoPro.

A Nikon NX500, 10 bit 4:2:2 to use my nikon lenses without adapters. A Nikon NX1 with IBIS and anamorphic, same mount. Both fairly priced.

Interested in Hero 6 Black, anyone has tested it? Image quality vs Hero5?

Personally, I dont think that using a 4.6K Ursa with Prores LT is a good idea. Buy 2x more Cfast and be ready to back up it at set. LT is just okay, test it yourself, if I would have an Ursa 4.6K I will rec at Prores HQ as minimun.

Im using Sigma 18-35mm with nikon adapter, lot of detail and sharpeness and manual focus. The problem is that its huge in the nx500. Now Im waiting a 16-50mm S to test auto focus.

Im in the same situation right now. Second hand prices are good but hard to find NX1 in Europe. I have buyed my second nx500 a week ago. Image vs GH5 is still comparable and I prefer h265.

I think it´s not 10 bit, I playback 10 bit DnxHD and Prores, it´s the combination of 10 bit H264 and 4K. Really happy with Ryzen Stab

I have Ryzen 1700, if you upload some gh5 files, I will do some test for you.

I had same problems with 4K h265 files and I had to transcode to prores 422. Fast solution: proxies Permanent solution, update hardware, Ryzen 1700 and 16Gb or 32Gb and no need to transcode or proxies.

Next week Davinci Resolve work and if you have a project I can test it for you

It´s not that simple, overclock has its risk of course, but that link it´s just for % of returned components. There are normal % as other type of electronics devices as Tv´s, phones or cameras. ASRock 1,45% (contra 1,91%) ASUS 1,90% (contra 1,96%) Gigabyte 1,92% (contra 1,90%) MSI 2,36% (contra 2,20%) Nothing overclocked related. And my argument it´s not "My 3 PCs are working great", as I have said, it´s not that simple, I have been doing overclock since K7 Athlon 800 (2000 year I think) and I have worked more than 15 years in systems and hardware. Overclock is risky if you don´t know how to set up cooler and power, nothing more. Today is really simple, lot of information in forums and electronics are made with more margin and quality controls. Returning to Ryzen, here my numbers in Cinebench R15

I have run all my PC overclocked since... (can´t remember :)) It´s 1.25v at 3.7Ghz 8cores, with offset, going 0.485v in idle, that´s nothing, temperatures are excellent so noise too. I´m testing now 3.8Ghz no high gain, and my chip needs 1.30v, it gives me only +1point in Cinebench. Stability is solid rock, +4 hours Realbench, windows too, just installed the AMD Ryzen Energy plan. 0 problems. Durability? My last PC was from 3.4Ghz to 4.2Ghz since 2011, 0 problems. Now it´s working for other person. Ryzen 1700 gives us a 8 core for the masses.

I´m using Sigma 8-16mm and a cheap nikon adapter with aperture ring. It´s not a fast lens, but works very good with enough light.

Ryzen 1700 mounted, right now overclocked to 3,7Ghz all cores. 35ºC idle, 50-55ºC rendering. It´s really faster than my i7 2600K overclocked to 4,2Ghz. 1610 Points Cinebench R15. I will be editing next week with a new project, more conclusions to come. I´m very satisfied.
