Unfortunately you have to buy his guide to access it. But it is $100 and I think it is worth it. -

To answer your question I'm shooting internal profiles at the moment. Have not dabbled in external recorders. It's a pretty robust internal codec and I love the colors. Handling and AF has been fantastic for me. The expense of XQD cards and lack of native lenses are the biggest issues right now I think. But I really don't care because the color is spot on with what I want it to be. Shot with Wolfcrow's settings. 120 fps 1080p Edited 4K 30 fps Straight out of Camera -
Really enjoy the separation that I'm seeing here.

I've loved my Benro A2573FS6 S6. $300 and for small cameras it has served me well. I love it especially because it has a ball head that allows you to quickly level the camera even if the tripod legs are not perfect.

Narrative definitely manual. For everything else AF is very helpful.

Thanks, it was shot with the NX1. It was the 1.33x with a simple step down ring.

I don't think I have posted this before, mainly because I look terrible in it. Several years ago I used the Tokina 28-70 and a SLR Magic anamorphot together and on a super35 sensor (Samsung NX1) and it worked. It gave a very pleasant look as well. I'm wondering if using the new SLR magic adapter would enable it's use on full frame. If so that would be a full frame anamorphic zoom for ~$2000.

Are you kidding me? The Canon image has her face in shadow and uses one source of indirect lighting from the left, sun seems to be on the right illuminating her hair. It's also at an angle that is flattering to her face. The Sony image has sun sources directly in front of her face, with a green bounce coming off the grass from in front of her. It's shot straight on. If anyone on this site besides you put up that original post they would have gotten raked over hot coals for it. Probably by you.

3) Good lighting. The second example here clearly being garbage.

In regards to the future RAW a huge problem with it's future is that the Ninja V has horrible audio. Seen tests and it's very bad. So to get RAW with decent audio when it's available you will have to pony up for a $1500 Shogun 7.

I've used both. A7III has the S-log profile and better preamps. Z6 has a better viewfinder. Those are the main differences for me in terms of video. AF on both is excellent.

Umm Adam is right. It does not change image quality or other aspects. All it does increase text size and UI to make it easier to read.

The future right here. Always hated the backlight zones on the current crop of monitors. Where you could see brightness around objects. This thing will probably look like a window into real life.

Second this. Good option in your price range once calibrated.

Loved the NX1 AF, in good light it was almost flawless. Fell apart in low light. The Z6 is on par with it I would say. Far better in low light. Even though the expense of the new lenses are very high, the old 24-70 and 70-200 2.8 still focus very well.

1) Buy an external recorder so you can get n-log or buy Andrew's log profile. 2) I am not employed by Atomos or Nikon, so I have no idea -

Portrait Profile and change these: Sharpening -3 Mid-range sharpening -1 Contrast -2.5 I have given up using log or flat profiles in 8-bit. It is never worth it, and you loose color information. The increase in color information is worth loosing some DR. -
Anima is incredible. Second that recommendation, gorgeous short film

Some footage from Z6. Portrait Profile Sharpening -3 Mid-range sharpening -1 Contrast -2.5 On the format topic, all I really wish for is 10-bit 4:2:2. Internal raw is overkill for my needs. If I'm shooting raw I'm going to be on a set and need monitor anyway, far cheaper to record to SSD in that situation than XQD -
Actually Resolve offers more options and better control as a stabilizer. Offering three different types and control of tracking. Only thing it lacks is a tool to repair rolling shutter issues.
