  1. What lenses do you already have? Are you okay sticking with the m43rds ecosystem when Panasonic themselves aren't adding the mount to their high end video cameras? Are you okay with frequent battery switches? Do you need to record external audio directly to camera?
  2. Yup, still enjoy using it. Best point in this video is at 1:13 showing the lack of breathing and how it renders. Used it somewhat on my A7r II, but haven't posted video yet.
  3. I gave up editing because of this recently, was never very good, and took time away from shooting for me.
  4. Holy crap, never heard of this lens, physically connected manual focus is a huge selling point.
  5. Love it, great results. Could do with a little more high energy movement at the end, and maybe trim the whole edit to get it down to a clean 60 seconds.
  6. I'm disappointed they didn't leave it Super 35 and just stick to the MFT mount. I'm guess others that have invested in panasonic glass may be having the same reaction right now...
  7. The sony 24-70 GM knocked my socks off when I used it. Great lens.
  8. I would go with the 4.6K, best option to have the PL mount. You could also go the FS5/FS7 rout and get a PL adapter, but for filming with professional glass and an easy to edit codec, the Ursa really is your best bet.
  9. If the Rolling shutter had been better in 4K, and the low light AF in photo was usable, I would still be shooting an NX1. The Body design, the button layout, the ergonomics, the color, everything was just perfect on that camera.
  10. Keep the D750 if you like to use it. I loved mine and while it is lacking detail, it's similar to the C100 in that the image just has something special to it. Unless your clients are ASKING for 4K, I see no reason to switch (or just use the A6300 on those jobs). I would not upgrade to the A7s, it's a minuscule upgrade (and still 1080p) wait until the next round of sony cam's to buy the A7s II /A7r II or a better camera than that when you can afford it.
  11. 1) It has worst DR than your BMMCC 2) It has terrible low light.
  12. Pre-ordered it, worth it to have a better battery and S-log viewing LUT on my a7r II.
  13. *Image Processing by Nikon* would definitely make me take a second look at a phone.
  14. It's very important now unfortunately. Don't expect to get picked up or noticed by someone simply browsing vimeo or spreading your work. Starting a youtube page myself this week on top of my instagram just to get more attention drawn to myself.
  15. Experiment with the Color Depth settings following this guide. http://helpguide.sony.net/di/pp/v1/en/contents/TP0000909111.html
  16. What Nikkor said, it's still the same focal length, the sensor would not need to move any more that it already does.

    Gh5 or 5d mk iv?

If you shoot mainly video? GH5 with metabones EF speedbooster all the way.
  18. Top. Bottom one is to pink in the skin tones.

    Lenses

$80 per lens. A small price to pay to have them professionally geared, they come back cleaned in sealed wrapping. Each lens has the focus rings width match the set. Worth it to be assured quality in my opinion.

    Lenses

I want to stress again how amazing Duclos is if you want to get your lenses cinemodded. Just got my Voigtlanders back with matching gears. P.S. Really annoying how soft the photos become in this forum compared to the original image, click the image to see detail.
