In the quest for the best image on a budget i've finished with this combination. Kowa B&H + HTN adapter + Rectilux DNA. Having tried with taking lenses like Canon FD 50mm 1.4 and Helios 44-2 i ended with Konica Hexanon 40mm 1.8. Konica were the sharpest and the widest i can go. The only complain about it is only 6 aperture blades and bokeh usually makes dracula's coffin shape and not perfect oval shape. Any other hidden wide gem with lot of blades for this combo? Or must i learn to live with Dracula?

I mean 2.35:1. @IronFilm can you confirm that it has different aspect ratios (full, 16:9, 1.85:1, 2.35:1, 4:3, 3:2) as A7s?
-
I think it has "aspect ratio" just like the A7s, so putting it on 3.35:1 aspect it looks almost good enough for framing with a 2x anamorphic lens.

HTN adapters makes front rings for kowa 16D. Talk to HuuTuan for an advice. His rings are best solution than any clamp by far.

Advice on eBay anamorphic lens listing (No advertising)
Grimor replied to Andrew Reid's topic in Cameras
Never heard about this lens before but looking at the pics (the last one with lens in one hand) seens to be so long and so tiny diameter, so probably will vignette hardly. -
Green Fujinon requires green flares

Just received my HTN ring v2 for the Kowa 16H and can confirm it is the best way to attach the rectilux. Rock solid and zero extra vignetting Thanks to HuuTuan from Vietnam for his product and service and @Tito Ferradans for the advice.

This phenomenon is used by advertisers for a long time already. Ads of perfumes, cars and ice cream use these techniques. @SageOne thing I've noticed is that as if it were an auditory drug, the more videos you see, the harder it is to get the answer each time. There is a habituation and immunization, so I try to see only a few of them from time to time. Other people with insomnia problems use it to fall asleep .

Sorry if my answer seens vague. http://www.personal-view.com/talks/discussion/5590/1280x800-ips-7-neway-cl76ho-x-and-cl76sdi-monitors-amazing/p1 This is the one i said, and what i've used 3 years ago or so. Have the custom images aspect ratios in a weird manner : . User-Defined Image Ratio ( H-Start / H-Size / V-Star / V-Size ) It can be used for de-squeeze anamorphic footage. Don't know if it is what you are looking for.

@Anaconda_ Eating with the mouth open dislikes me a lot. Maybe break a crusty bread with hands makes the response to me. The young girls whispering distract me more than anything else, because I am still relatively young (40) and I still feel vigorous... So usually i prefer craft videos: Removing dry glue sound (at 11min mark) is insane.

That microphone with 2 ears is hilarious. These tables of mics specifications are also. @IronFilm people will ask you "What's the best polar patter for ear cleaning?" It's crazy. But I would like to know if someone else can experience that brain tickling. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomous_sensory_meridian_response
