@Andrew Reid Do you still have your penf 38mm 1.8? if you do you think you could be a very kind soul and test how it works on one of your a7 cameras?

i would choose 1dc because they are so durable and very reliable, also the customer service with canon is great so if the unlikely event of something going wrong happens there probably is someone to fix it not far away. With the sony its also more work to get the great look of the 1dc. What country are you going to? If there's lots of rain and very cold outside the a7sii wont enojy it whilst the 1dc can handle it like a champ.

nikkor ai/ais lenses are really easy to declick, my 35mm f1.4, 85mm 1.8 and 55mm f1.2 are all declicked.

to me it looks like a super tiny bit of light leakage

i dont have a slog capable camera but i do shoot with and a7r with portrait -3-3-3 and recently i've been putting the white balance shift one step down to magenta and the colours are looking better than ever.

has anyone tried the slr magic t1.1? seems like real bargain, and f1 lens for 350.

Agreed, in skateboarding 60fps i close to a must. Thats why there really haven't been any skate videos at 4k (unless they were shot on a RED). 4k60p is as big of a deal for the 1080p60fps people (like me) as 4k was for the regular 1080p guys. Im not saying the 1dx ii is the right camera but its great that its pushing this feature.

Hopefully this leads to a nice price drop of the 1dc in the used market.

1080p at 120fps is also a nice feature, finnaly we are starting to see some nice real hfr in dslrs.

i read the price wrong, sorry! usualy vintage ultra wides are crazy expensive.

Not gonna lie, i dont really see the point of using such a unique FF ultra wide on a apsc camera.

love my nikkor 24mm 2.8 ais, just using the focus ring on them is worth the price alone.

Cfast implementation seems like a very smart move seeing that the canon xc10 and c300 mark ii uses them.

yes the early rumors for the D5 were 60p 4k but the last week of rumors for that camera were are telling 30fps.
