Hi! Right now im using fcp x to edit and color grade all my work but i feel that i hit the celling of where i can't really do more with the program pretty fast, i would like to start with some basics motion tracking aswell as getting more into color grading. Would you guys recommend me to switch to the adobe world or is there any better sulutions? Da vinci resolve?

the 42.5 0.95 has an ff equvalent of 85mm f1.9. A m43 camera with a speedbooster has a cropfactor of 1.5. so a 55 1.4 would have the ff equvalent of 85mm f2.1. So they would be very similar. I would say that going with a 50 1.4 and speedbooster would be a smarter option because then you can use that lens on a sony, samsung etc if you desire in the future. im not the best at english so i hope that made sense

didn't know youtube supported 4k 60fps, but this is clearly not a7rII

​If you shoot 4k and render in 1080 cant you crop into the image so that s16 glass works? just an thought though.

​congrats on the great deal, not many people have the camera so i doubt you can get your hands on some footage. The only way i can think of is downloading a 1dc video of vimeo.

​They dont even sell the earlier version anymore so id say go for this, the 5d mark ii needs all the help for moire that it can get.

​i've sen lots of people on magic lantern forums talk about them and they all say that they do the job and reduce the moire.

​its was the version 2 one, i use and nex 7 and sometimes fs100. Image quality is nice but with some lenses there is a pink cast in the middle of the frame when using f1.4 - 2.0.

​my lens turbo is not very good at all, nikon to e mount. Both the fitment to the camera and the lens are ridicoulsy loose, so loose that i had to tape some thing to the adapter so that it would sit more secure. I acctuly before had a lens just twist of and fall of my adapter before. Also when i got the adapter id didn't fit my camera because of the little tab over the lens realse button. I messaged Mitakon with no answer. I had to hack saw it away.

im corrently with the nex 7 and love everything about it, just nut one thing. I love the look of fullframe with my nikon glass + speedbooster but i want to use my leica glass full frame. Is the A7 and downgrade in image quality from the nex 7? I have never had a shoot that the moire had ruined on the nex 7 and my canon 600d so moire is not an issue for me. I shoot alot of fisheye skateboarding and similar action sports. As i have a fisheye when filming fast motion and panning, rolling shutter dosen't really show up becuase of the distortion. So do you guys recommend the a7 for me? or should i want for something else? Im on a 800 euro budget and thats where the a7 sits second hand in sweden.

1 and 4 a6000, 2 and 3 A7s Ir would seal the deal for me personally if sony took this update to the orginal a7, i feel like even though sony makes new generation of cameras very often they still need to keep updating their "old" cameras too with the new firmware based upgrades, like slog and xavcs.

​Andrew would you say that the A7 has the same or worse image quality as my NEX 7? Right now im totally satisfied with the nex 7 but the only thing is the apsc size sensor and that the camera is a little bit to small.

​Wow didn't know that! Thought it was 1500+! Personally im much more excited to get a full frame camera than a 4k capable one. Looks like its time to dig into the A7 and find out some more for me.

I have high hopes for the A6100/7000, i think it will be the T3i of the 4k generation. But one thing missing in all the line up is a sub 1000 full frame camera, something that i think alot of people would go to.
