I want slr magic/mitakon to make a very affordable 50mm f1.2-1.3 lens for canon/nikon with clickless aperture and 270 degree focus ring. They can make a 50 0.95 for 900 bucks so why not a 50 1.2 for 400.

Really good lens and a really fast f2 aperture which is handy for low light. The only con is that its manual focus but for video that do not matter as you wont be using auto focus.

Hi! Im looking into getting a 50d to try out raw video and see if i like it and i wonder if any of you guys have some straight out of camera raw canon clips i can mess around with? It does not matter what canon dslr you shot it with as long as its magic lantern raw. Thanks in advance

i Doubt that a new codec will come. But i do expect slog3 from the fs7 to be there

​if you are shooting 4k and are not going to export it in 4k and do it 1080p instead you can crop into the image to make it look alot nicer.

​It is a full frame lens with Image stabalisation with the range 24-105. It comes in ef mount. The focus is the traditional kind also.

​Thanks for the feedback, the song choise comes down to me being very tired of the stereotypical skate/scooter video with rap or rock, i want people to use the song they find interesting and use that to express themself in their videos and for that is the kind of calm/indie style music. Thanks for the tip i will try to keep consistency in my cuts in my next video!

I don't think you guys have heard of this sport named "Freestyle Scootering" which i participate in. I make alot of videos of myself including editing, filming and of course riding. So the Viltrox DC-50 is basicly a direct copy of the Sony clm v55 for half the price, im looking for a cheap 5" monitor and is stumbled upon it on ebay for around 150- 200 bucks, has anyone every shoot with/used one? I want a monitor only to use for framing purposes to attach on top of my camera handle when im filming skateboarding so resulution is not a problem.

​It says 3.8 and f4 sometimes on the screen in the video so aperture control is forsure inplemented

a 42.5 f1.2 on m43 will not give the same look as a 85 1.2 on full frame, the depth of field equvalent of the 42.5 1.2 is 85mm f2.4. So geting a speedbooster and a 50mm 1.4 (or even 1.2) will give you that shallower depth of field look.

​Thats an legendery lens, probably the best wideangle zoom out there. But the price is the only downside

The sigma 8 - 16 works great with the art lenses, not the sharpest lens but well enough for video

​Im liking the image out of it, the canon log is alot nicer than what i've seen form any other fixed lens camera
