About the GH7, if it doesn't display the temporal noise reduction of the GH6, which @Beritarhas been exposing to us, then it could be a winner for me. I am still curious to test the GH5 II for its higher end way of rendering detail, highly resolving but without artificial sharpness. Has anyone discovered any news regarding the rendering of textures? Also, I still have some questionmarks regarding highlights and rolloff.

Dunno. Not that exited from a pure image point of view when it comes to web footage. I like the fact of full frame 48p 17 to 9 and Braw. No prores nor h264 is a rather minus. Colour looks like on most Sony and Pana videos, which is fine but not breathtaking. What's the offial BM launch video? The one or few awesome videos, which are selling this camera like hot cakes rather convinient store muffins? The og Bmcc has tons of great and convincing footage not depending on models. I am sure Bmcc 6k can be graded into many directions. The official footage on the blackmagic website looks super. But in the hands of users so far it mostly does not shine brighter than a Pana Sony Dslm. Low budget gaffers are the lighting assistents on larger sets. It's a hard road to become a gaffer for full budget narratives. Codec, lowlight and colors are stronger on the C500II of course. Both great cameras. I didn't like the Sony too much under tungsten but would use it outdoors anytime.

Lovely! What is the bitrate for HD 50p? @ac6000cw How would you evaluate the quality in this mode? Are there artefacts, moire, aliasing, mush, lackluster hd or fully resolving hd resolution? Colors look very nice. I only zapped through a little bit. Great fun to watch! 3.25min and 7.40min, super cool!

For the S9, testing overheating please, ibis modes in open gate. How much does it crop with highest Ibis when in S35 mode? I am asking due to using 4K60. HD quality in ff and S35. That's a lot. Thanks.:) @MrSMW

You still prefer to sit 5 feet infront of your 65" TV in disbelief. I feel overwhelmed by forum posts of bots, bats and time travellers. As you being a total newbie to video, as you stated here, it is both very akward, that you posted extensively about your FZ1000 in 2014 and after a ten year forum break you have become "a total newbie" to videography.

Davinci offers the technological possibilities for colorists and editors to be used to their benefit and not to take advantage of them and possibly make them obsolete. Davinci Resolves business model is built around selling the hardware and infrastructure, which professionals will use and buy.

No, no!😂 It should be a 2020 machine. Guy bought it in 2021. They get sold on ebay for 550 to 600 Euro in this configuration, with a 6 core I7 9570, Rtx 2070 card, 16gb ram, one ssd and the 17" 144Hz display. They guy offered it for a very good price and then discovered the seemingly little flaw with the display and decided to charge minus the amount for a new display and repair repair. It is not a very sturdy Laptop, not close to my older Schenker. But Schenker beasts in that configuration are much pricier. I've had my Schenker for five years now. It still runs Davinci 15 without an extra Gfx card. After a windows update a few years ago it unlawfully ran Davinci Resolve it still does. Grading HD Prores in one node with a lut applied works flawlessly. Before that I was trying to mess around with a GTX 780m, which I had bought for 90 Eur iirc, which in 2019 seemed like a fantastic deal. But the Schenker did not like it and was noisy like an office fan or steam engine before it shut down after two minutes of running Davinci Resolve.😂 I was never really happy with my Desktop 970 but it was my entry ticket into Resolve self teaching homeschool. I hope everything works out splendid for you with the beefy Lenovo. Keep us posted!

GH2, GH4, GH5, from left to right in ascending order. Perfect points about the GH5 and the other cameras as well. Back then Andrew and Andy Lee made me buy the GH2.5, how Andrew named the G6 back then in his review. A big sleeper. Too bad it didn't have the 50mbit codec from the GH3. GX85 was the first lumix for me being really effortless in color grading. It was amazingly generous from Panasonic to give us a camera like the GX85. It still holds up. But now we want the GX10, 10 stands for 10bit, if not 4K60, then downsampled HD in 50/60p, plus an optional high quality S16 mode, make it h264 and 422. Thank you. FF could be boss for me with S35, M43, S16 modes and various ratios and gates, HD, UHD, Cine2K, Cine4K in a S9 body with EVF, hotshoe, full HDMI and mechanical shutter.😊

That's what I meant. F35 in an SRW shoulder cam body. You would need another extra board though for 444. Afaik it would still be limited to 10 bit 444 vs 12 bit 444 on the F35. Imagining the F23 sporting 12 bit 444 would indeed make it the one and only queen of all 2/3" cameras with a majestic high end cinema workflow going along.😊 SRW9000 B4 444 version being the empress princess. A pity that Sony never realized the tapeless recording option for the SRW9000 afaik. The announcement of an announcement is still on their website. Their huge SRW recorder does give the F35 a robust tapeless option, but being much heavier than using an Odyssey or Gemini or other recorders. Insane! Would that be a RTX Quadro 5000 inside, 16GB video RAM?😂 Best deal in the universe! Keep us posted! Mine is a HP Omen 17 with a I7 9750H six core and a RTX2070 inside. 250EU is almost as crazy of a deal as two! bumped up LX10 for 120 or so, which I bought 2.5 years ago. But there was only one battery for both of them. Though small, it's still a but.;)
