I recommend purchasing a Flanders Scientific monitor. If your budget allows I highly recommend a 10-bit monitor however there 8-bit monitors can be even more reasonably priced. You'll need to get an output device to send a proper video signal to your hypothetical monitor. Blackmagic Design's Decklink MiniMonitor is a very reasonable and affordable solution.

I agree that the project deserves more views so feel free to share it with other like-minded friends and family. As for Amazon, my past feature film is better suited for that platform. I don't think many people are currently going to Amazon for short film viewing. I wish there was a larger demand because I prefer it as a platform, since it likely gets people to view films on TVs rather than computer screens. To get onto Prime you have to submit to Amazon with the required media necessary for distribution. I get a fraction of a penny for every number of minutes viewed. So like I mentioned, my past feature film makes me a stipend every month.

You are the freaking man, Hoezay! I even got to experience the whole converting H265 files process. I used Rocky Mountain Converter. Pretty easy and painless. I can see why people don't have the patience since everybody's use to editing things natively, but it doesn't seem like the most inconvenient process ever. Anyways, thanks a lot! Thank you so much! This is extremely helpful. I would love to play with some of the native footage from your shoot. The camera produces such a sharp image so I'm really curious how well it keys around the fine details such as hair, etc. The results look great in your video. Is it possible for somebody to either direct me to, or even possibly shoot some test green screen footage with the NX1? I have yet to see any footage online in regards to how well it keys. Thanks.
