Why two cameras? In daylight the footage is the same. Only extreme low light you see any differences. In my opinion, the new low light model only came to depreciate the older GH5 version. Or because of Sony A7S. Or because people like the video of these cameras before less expensive. Or yet because of the price to pay premium membership. I can pay more 500 but... GH5 and GH5S together cost 4500. GH1/2/3 etc costed much less.

Exactly my feelings.

I am out for more likes today. Very nice! What's the camera?
-
No single tap? I think it is possible. A friend of mine said it is the way he does. He has several Panasonic units. Not yet the GH5. If it is always accurate, it is very good. No hunting? I only saw Max tested but the fast settings. With bad hunting.
-
I didn't see any other tap to focus tests. In autofocus, yes. Also specifically tap to focus in manual. Too little. People talk, talk, it is bad. Always same wrong settings. Tap to focus can be different. I want to buy. I need to see first. Yes, how camera focus accurately in tap to focus in the first place?
-
Did you see that test? Max tested the fast settings. There's hunting. What about with the slow settings? Also hunting? Tap to focus in manual?
-
Any GH5 owner to test it please?
-
You mean, auto or manual focus? I'm wondering how accurate tap to focus is?
-
But tap to focus should behave in a different way if in manual mode, no?
-
If it is in autofocus I can understand. In manual, much difficult to accept this behaviour of the camera. Tap to focus can't be wrong then, it should work fine.
-
haha Have you noticed it frequently in your Panasonic camera? I'm not Panasonic user. Maybe GH5 will be the same.
-
I meant maybe, if in autofocus, the camera had tried to correct and focus the background instead, no?
-
I see. So you tried to focus your face and the camera focused the background? Maybe in autofocus? Did you see if in manual mode the tap to focus behaves the same?
-
What's the percentage of success going on the method of trial and error using tap to focus? Any hint?
-
Does it work on both auto and manual focus?
-
I don't understand... Not possible to get focus using tap to focus?!
-
It is like a professional camera!

I like those landscapes! (after 0:33)

So far so good. Good news.

"As a filmmaker", the reviewer says. haha No worries, gopro has another biased review to praise their product now.... ^ They had some other to compare with at least.
