Yeah, I am not a good clicker! I have some big decisions to take the next couple of days (1. full set of lenses for whatever camera system - split between E and EF at the moment, probably EF+P4K 2. Led lights 3. "Huge" backpack 4. Flowtech FSB4/Ace/GH06 5. 360 camera 6. Big investmemt in sound 7. Logo/site e.t.c e.t.c) so I am missing a lot of the smaller things at the moment! Thank you guys keeping me inline, true e-pals!

What page? It takes me to the 1 one!

Aren't the Tokinan and Sigma APS-C lenses? Of course they will vingette on a a lesser crop factor <1.5.
-
Yep..I am wondering if I should wait for the first reviews, or go get an Insta right away. The promising of "low light performance" and changeable aperture is intriguing. Could it be the Mavic 2 Pro's sensor? I am affraid that a smaller sensor won't fit my workflow. I feel that we are going to have an amazing 360/VR release every 2 months for the next dozen years.

I am not familiar with the 7artisans series, at all. 6 Samyang lenses is 3000€ here, and you get a hard case also! As you can see, I care for 3 situations. A full set of - cheap - primes for fully rigged and controlled environment. A few zooms for semi-run n gun or events. And 1-2 native m43 zoom lenes(1 pz for sure) for smaller and lighter form factor.

Sorry if I am braking your balls guys, but this week I will order a few lenses and I want to make it right. I will have the lens regain/metabones 0.64X and probably some adapters (no speedboosters) I am considering: 1) Samyang full frame Canon kit (the cheap one!) 2) Sigma 18-35 (because everyone owns one!) 3) Tokina 11-16 or 11-20 4) Canon 70-200 f4 IS or the new nano 70-300 5) probably some native PZ. As you see I want to cover most bases. Do you have any suggestions, advices? Shall I invest more on primes and less on zooms, or vice versa?

Utrecht is one of the best places to live! Didn't know anything happened there. Have friends there also. Can't believe people are so stupid in the 21st century. Can't wait to skip to the 24st century and the Federation! So, for EF full frame lenses, I get the 0.64X metabones?
-
Is this the case with the lens regain also? For full frame EF lenses, what Metabones adapter is the most suitable? The importer here told me that there is a more constant stream of cameras right now, still too many pre-orders that won't be serviced until the end of the summer though.
-
That is what I am considering. 18-35 and a set of Samyangs and a 18-135 EF-S I already own for run n gun and probably a 70-200 F4 or 70-300mm For the EF Samyangs, what you guys suggest, the Metabones 0.64X??

Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation is on a roll. They are just so far ahead right now.

Cinemartin was something out of a joke. Was never a serious, anything. You have missed some chapters of theirs(his) existance. Check the 8K camera demo video, it is more like a 90s parody, than a 2018 promotional video of a groundbreaking cine professional camera!

Haha! Can't believe you considered the Fran-farse as a player! What the Z people do is amazing though. I have trust in them!

http://www.m-z.gr/products/led_lights/4022496019-MZ-LED336B-Basic-Kit They were suggested to me from a trustworthy local shop, but do not know anything about it and seems rather "basic". Does any one know anything about it. Is MZ competitive with todays leds?

How long is the Insta 360 X out in the wild? Are we waiting for a new release soon-ish??
-
if I have 1 camera with a tiny sensor in my arsenal (except my phone) then it better be a 6-8K 360 one. They do almost all the classic stuff, plus a myriad other things that classical concepts can't. 4K is too little for 360, the first - cheap now - 4K cameras had unacceptable quality for even home videos. 5.7-6" is the starting point I believe, but 360/VR will be truly benefited with 8K video.
-
Just bring the Insta XX! yes, it is more a gimmick than a real useful - for us - machine.
-
haha! I think they are just very innovative at this point. They have taken the 360/VR think to another, and more useful, level. I am looking for a new little toy to play, but I wouldn't say no, if I could implement it on my work flow for very specific and unique purposes. The Insta X is one of those cameras - with its extra accessories, where is this positioned? is it going to be cheaper, or more expensive? it seems like a more casual camera, I am not sure if the 3D is a great great idea for me, just looking for a bit more image quality on a lesser than 1000$ camera, that can replace a GoPro and a gimbal, and add that little extra.
-
This is like 1000 times better than what the Osmo Pocket does. Is this a better camera than the Insta X? or just a different product? I want to buy one to play a little, and I am buying a Rode NT-SF1 mic soon, so I want to match those.

This guy is a specialist because owned a 40D and borrowed a XT20 "for a month"?!

Sony A7iii has the best low light performance, best battery (can't believe I am typing that for a Sony!), is a full frame camera with great crop mode and probably has the best photo AF and very good video AF of all of them. XT3 does not have "great IBIS lenses" because such thing doesn't exist, and unlike the others, doesn't have InBodyImageStabilization.
-
Gh5s is a great choice. Z6 and A7iii too (nothing like the older Sonys, improved in almost everything) Puting the a6500 there, among all those great/workhorse cameras must be a spelling mistake or a joke!
-
You probably have never owned an NX camera. Still best touch interface, and ergonomics, in business.

So Is a7 III Still The Dynamic Range King? (Not tolling, just asking)

Do you believe the Ronin S is better?
