I never said Canon make the perfect camera, you are listening your own thinking I guess, I said I will choose a canon over this camera every day, and I said R5 and R6 looks like the bargain of the year after the announcement on this new boy, when R5 and R6 are absolute useless for what we have hear until today, just do your work and check my comments in the 4 forums about the new Canon cameras, if I am a fan boy of Canon, then Canon is in real problems!!!

fan boy for telling this camera is a waste of time?, no man, I am just been honest, if it smell bad I am going to say it, on the other hand you are closer to the fan boys, defending a camera that you are not going to buy because of there will be better and cheaper solution in the future, I am just repeating your words!!!

why?, for that time canon 8K will be running like butter on Premiere, most of the people will request it, and now is already running like butter in final cut, so no real advantage the new boy is running ok inside his own house.

so the target is also wrong, medium/big companies have the money to rent an Alexa, why they will pick up this new boy in town?, and the rest, SOLO shooters, we have many other best options out there, a waste of time, except for fan boys and STOCK FOOTAGE SHOOTERS!!!

so it has been optimized for Resolve, what about Premiere?, final Cut?., is it like butter there ether?, you are making a lot of non justified suppositions man.

if you are in this forum most probably you are part of the 99.9% of the people who doesn't need this camera, because of, there are better solutions out there, you do realize that don't you?. so let's say things for what they are, this camera a waste of time, for 99.9% of the people here, even for you, simple like that!!!

you see, just BLA BLA, this camera is a waste of time, you will never spend that money on it even if you had it, that's the real fact, because of there are plenty of better solutions out there, for less money.

I agree with you comment, but this tool is really not needed in today's technology for SOLO shooters, I was expecting a pocket, and by the way, I have been shooting SOLO with an eClair super 16 camera, just last year, so I know all the work that big tools demand, and when you have a lot of less things to do it is really a relieve, after two weeks shooting with film camera alone believe me, body hearts a lot!!!

so, did you pre-order the new Blackmagic already for your interviews?, or it is just BLA BLA?

so you have to pay $10K for a camera with manual focus to get the perfect interview?, hahaha, good for you!!!, with a C200 for less that half the price I can get the perfect interview for me.

for stock I agree, is a great camera, who else need it?, for interviews I will choose a C200 or C300 every day of the week, I have DPAF, I do it SOLO, if the guy is moving a lot, don't care, I still get nice footage.

in the future we will get the same in smaller and cheaper cameras, but today it is not needed, we need a pocket, with IBIS, DPAF, 6K/4K for a SOLO shooter, not this. An opportunity lost again!!!

yes, for a medium/big production is a bargain, it is good for them, for us, it is like the advertising of latest Cadillac, nice but I am never going to buy it, I was expecting a pocket 8K/6K for cheap, not this white elephant.
