Last shoot with S1(all wide angle scenes) with Canon 16-35 2.8 on 20/4. Rest Sony A6500-6400, Mavic 2 pro. Filmed in 3 hour, all in 1-2 takes and a more serius footage, in Vlog, need to complete with voiceover

I have the best result in single point mode. now in the new firmware combined with human detection, but not tryed yet. My second angle camera is the Sony 6400 with powerbank on a free monopod. No record limit and fast reliabel AF.

I dont know your position of the second camera for entrance/confetti, but i have mount a osmo pocket with a magic arm on my monopod. So i have a second gimbal perspectiv to my main camera for this use

Panasonic AF motor scans with 480 hz the scenes and gives the DFD system faster information for contrast AF. Sigma don´t have this technology.. But sometimes DFD truly sucks ( no reaction in AF-C, only AF-S works fine )

In what mount you have order the sigma ?

The S1 record with no limit in HLG 1.5 h the ceremony in church with 28 degress. Tested this august..

I am sorry for this, i have made 5 of 21 this year, all others postponed to 2021( o maybe not ;( ) I am happy with the S1, MC 21 and Canon 16-35 2.8, 35 1.4, 85 1.2 and the 24-105 for gimbal, maybe in future a native 50 1.8

Try this one, is a modified Nicest Lut, is not bad https://gamut.io/product/v-log-conversion-lut/ but the Leeming Lut has more DR and colors are more accurate

Have you tested the autocalibration. On the first version sometimes this resolve the problem with the noise

I have follow the recommendation from gamut.io. You can rise the shadow a lot(they are very clean), but never bring back clipped highlights

Zebra must set to 85% for Vlog

Sigma MC-21 works good with newer Canon USM lenses for stills(35 1.4, 16-35 III 85 1.2- slow). Not the fastest and no AFC. I have also a Tamron 24-70 G2 that is slower in focus, but the stabilization with S1 is gorgeus..

Normaly i work from blacklevel upwards, that i lower just before legal clipping point. Than lower whites and raise shadows, always in the range of 16-235 in the RGB parade. Finally add contrast and exposure of your taste and ad saturation if nedded.

Normaly this auto mode in Lumetri crash the blacks and nothing else. Maybe check the blacklevel setting there.

I used the Osmo RAW from the Inspire 1 and was a pain to use. proprietary SSDs and format that takes forever to transcode... and a 2 very loud fans

With S1 Sigma mc 21 and Tamron 24-70 G2 VC Control works nice together with the Ibis

How about CA ? I see some in the shot with the mirror.. I have the same lens in canon mount without the UMC and there a lot of CA' s.
