XC10 does have an ND filter. When I purchased mine, B&H was shipping a free XLR module with the camera.
It's good to see an article like this which discusses the real positives and negatives of actually shooting with the XC10, rather than just being critical of a spec sheet, which is the reason the vast majority of people have written the camera off. Those who actually shoot with it realize its usefulness. Or they get drunk around Christmas and film YouTube videos saying it's the worst camera of the year, when that is far from the truth.
