Unless you are shooting sports or wildlife you hardly ever have a need for long lenses. 85mm is even pushing it in FF lengths. You want Wide more than Long, at least at first. People are Really not into seeing sheep on a hill 700 meters away trust me lol.

It is kind of so bad it is great. I really like that look. That was about the best a "Normal" person could do 30 years ago. And everyone Then thought it was great! Things don't have to be perfect to be interesting. I think we spend Way too much time looking for perfection. Well done.

I think the money spent on a Metabones would be better spent on a Gimbal, or a Microphone, a lighting package, ND filters, even a damn good used tripod and fluid head unless you have lots of money. With no IBIS in a XT-3 you are not going to do a lot like say a GH5 can. You are going to be pretty limited without a lot of the above items. Video is not cheap to do, and do it well. All the other things add up. Not saying you have to spend thousands, well you do, but in the beginning you can just add a few things at a time. A Metabones would be WAY down my list. More of a luxury item than a need. By the time you buy a XT-3 and add a Metabones you could have just bought a FF camera to start with now in this day and age. Seems silly to me. There are Millions and Millions of good used FF lenses out there. Not so many APSC Fuji ones, even other's that are real standouts. APSC is sort of the Red headed Stepchild of the industry. Only Fuji seems hell bent on it now. But with the Metabones you can use FF lenses, so that is the conundrum. Ah to have a ton of money.

Other than a Canon 5D mk II, mk III using ML I don't think Any FF camera under 80,000 dollars can?? And I don't think even the Canon can just shoot continuous in 4K very long.

The Dell rates better on B&H website. Other than that I don't really know? Both seem like nice monitors. Same price range also.

I had one of those, and I don't consider Movies in 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA) @ 30 fps to actually Be video lol. But those cameras take some pretty amazing photos even today. My Avatar was taken with the one I owned. It looks better, well maybe worse, ? at full size.

I thought have heard awhile ago that Japan has been broadcasting some 8K content? They are hosting the 2020 Summer Olympics, and that is not far away, and all the manufacturers are all wanting to film it in 8K. Surely people own some 8K TV's already?

$6K, you can buy a EVA1 for that. I find it hard to believe they could sell it for that much. That is damn near FS7 mk II territory. 4,000 dollars yeah maybe.

I had the original A7r, and it was pretty damn hard to get shots in focus do to camera shake even with the stabilized lenses on them. They are in a sense Too light to shoot with. And I did experience shutter shock even on a tripod. I had to hang a weight off the bottom of the tripod to make it stop at certain low shutter speeds. If I remember it was like 1/60, even 125th. They had a firmware update that helped but not completely. Even the A7r mk II with IBIS didn't cure it either because you shouldn't use IBIS on a tripod. But they were a lot better handheld. Electronic Shutter on A series cameras are the way to go for slower stuff. But when it worked they were pretty amazing output wise. A real bargain for what they cost. I recommend the, Even the original A7s even with Only 12mp has an amazing output Photos wise. You would be surprised how good they can do. These shots was taken with the A7s. As much detail I need unless I want to go really big print wise.

Yeah it takes about 3x amount more mbps on All-I to get the same output from my experiences. So it really is no better. So Andrew is correct. They will be close.

Oh imagine my surprise a 600 dollar 50mm Nikon lens is better than a 250 dollar Sony 50mm lens, or the Nifty 50 from Canon for 199 dollars or less. I am just amazed, not. But nice to see if people have the money there is an option. But Sony has the 55mm 1.8 for 995 dollars, probably as good. So if you have big money you can get big money results from all of the manufacturers. No new concept.
