The weight of 23 1.4 and 33 1.4 should be 270 grams while 56 1.4 expected to be 290 grams. So, based on its weight we can expect them to be quite compact.

I am all waiting for Viltrox 1.4 primes, if they are OK in terms of quality and AF I will most likely grab them along with XT-4. I don't need them to be the sharpest ever or something, just good enough. In terms of price and weight they are already very good judjing from published specs. Slapping 23 1.4 with XT-4 on a gimbal should be a very pleasant experience.

Same here. X-H2 with integrated grip will be a no-buy for me. Too bulky. There is just no point of sticking to APC-S for such a bulky camera for me.

I am very sad for 30min recording limit in 24-30p of any resolution. No promised wdr mode too.

I personally dont have a problem with owning 2 cameras so if XH2 with better video specs will come out I will probably get it along XT4 and use both. For now XT4 should suffice my needs but I am still waiting for those final specs specially a WDR mode with 13.5 DR stops Androidlad was talking about. Really hope to see it.

They need to sort out their AF on all of their upcoming cameras, or they will fail. That should be like number #1 priority to them.

It's taking too long. Lots of ppl might jump tp XT4 or start thinking about going back to Canon. Panasonic should strike back sooner than that. And they need PDAF 😏

So yeah, if you have not been to Cappadocia, it should be on your list. At lease you should've heard about it. Amazing place. Handheld GH5 Sigma 18-35 through all the video plus some drone shots. I went for a slow tranquil video along with the music.

Now I really wish Fuji would be able to achieve IBIS performance on the level of GH5. That would be just really a perfect camera for me.

Why would it be a problem? The only problem is getting a wider than 28mm lens (zoom or not) cos you get a nasty wobble/edge warping effect on Panasonic IBIS cameras. So don't go ultrawide angle.

It's hard to beat G80 for its price. If you don't need AF or 120p it is still a pretty decent camera. Get some nice manual lenses to go along with and you will be set.

Switch to Fuji XT4 if it is as good as we all hope. Maybe get two of them. Ditch Panasonic. Get a new drone, don't know which one yet. Current one - Anafi.

Very similar thoughts here. MFT needs some series news sensor tech to stay relevant and the only major sensor player (Sony) doesnt seem to care much. Fuji is doing a lot of things right lately. I just want to see GH6 and A7SIII specs but mostly will get either XT4 or GH6 (only if it has PDAF - that's a must have condition). XT4 seems to be a very good option either way.

That is an impressive selection of modes. I wonder if they all support 10 bit and how does a 4k resolution chart looks like. Fingers crossed for at least 96fps slowmo in 4k.

Yes, separate recording of gyro data, would be huge. Imagine this in X-T4 with physical IBIS and beeing able to dial and fine tune those parameters in your editor in post.. mmm

That's not enough to efficiently compete with the rest of the market. They need some other breakthrough features like build-in nd (#1 priority), improved IBIS, 4K120P, faster wifi for better image transmission, etc.

Sounds really good. I am eagerly waiting for X-T4 announcement. Viltrox 1.4 primes are coming on time as well. Will get a 350$ Fringer adapter for my Sigma 18-35 as a main lens probably. AFC works very good on XT-3 with it already.

I agree with your logic. It is an illogical thing to do in terms of business, like personal vengeance. All companies forget about competition when they can make money with each other. Look at Apple using Samsung tech. Yes Samsung can mock them as much as they want in their commercials but at the end of the day they will perfectly supply one another with tech and make profit.

I am all up for more lenses covering different segments. Let Sigma do more premium builds and Tamron per se go for a lighter and more compact ones. I am OK with Sigma 18-35 price but I want something lighter for sure.
