Cine 2 is honestly the goat. That profile plus the "cinema" color space always gives me good results.

Canon color on the older cameras was so much better. Like the 5Dmk2, 1DC, 7D, and T2i had awesome color.

Yeah I actually laughed when the Canon came in last yet was voted to have potentially the best. Michael the Maven always does blind color test when comparing cameras. Good comment someone left on the video "This is a great video, really shows that people are loyal to the brand, not the color!" Can't wait to hear/read all of the salt and anger this video brings.

I had the original Edelkrone slider one. The size and build quality was great but overall for the price I thought it was pretty shit. Sliders can add a nice aesthetic to your footage but since its another thing I have to carry around, I usually only use them inside the studio.

its funny when people say they are picking a camera based on color science yet they are going to shoot stills in 14 bit raw and video in log or relatively flat rec 709 profile like Cineline D or Cine 4.

I wish Sony made it so you can change the Alpha mirrorless bodies to show Gain instead ISO, just like on their video cameras. ISO is confusing and somewhat inferior to db gain.

Pretty sure most people that run filters on a 15mm rod setups just use matteboxes. Bright Tangerine Misfit atom is supposed to be good iirc.

LOL a M43 with 8K. That would be about as good in lowlight as a Canon T2i

Only reason I would faster is for lowlight or interviews and that's F2 to F2.8 at the most, 90% of the time I'm at F4 or F5.6 to get some extra sharpness plus still have a respectable amount of blur.

XT3 truly is something. It is what the "video oriented" XH1 should have been.
