The lens is free of internal dust, fungus and haze. Focus range is 5 feet to Infinity and using the achromat can get you closer to 2 feet.   There is some paint loss on the high ridges of the focus ring and minor very faint cleaning marks which don't show in the footage.   You can use any type of lens with this rig - classic manual, auto focus, rotating front element lenses and even plastic kit lenses.
