Panasonic GH2 & M42 mount lens

Hi
I have bought a Panasonic GH2, and I have read about the "awesomeness" of the M42 vintage lens.
I understand that the Panasonic standard lens kit of 14-42mm is an equivalent to a 28-84mm lens (35mm format), also I am aware that M43 sensor would apply a 2.0 crop factor to a 35mm film lens.
So, my main issue is, I can't figure out the crop factor for Helios 44M f2.0 58mm lens (£20 on eBay), links to info:

If this is a native 35mm film format lens, am I right applying a crop factor of 2.0 which means that this lens mounted on my camera would yield an effective focal length of 116mm in 35mm film format terms ?
If the above is true, that means I can't get a fast M42 lens for a cheap price which would achieve an effective ~50mm (35 mm film) on my camera for video shooting purposes, example of lens would be: Mir 1 f2.8 37mm (£44 on eBay), wider lens are way too expensive for this experimental test !

Many thanks for your advice.
