4K Anamorphic 1.75x and 1.5x Aspect Ratios & Frame Size Chart HELP!

I'm wanting help from the community to fill in this chart. I'm looking for an easy visual guide to work with. I primarily shoot with the GH4 in 4K with the Baby Hypergonar anamorphic 1.75x and the Bolex anamorphots 1.5x. I was never good at math. :/ THANKS!
