Buzzing sound from GH4, Sigma 18-35 setup.

Hi, I'm not too sure who to ask about this so I'm hoping you guys might be able to help. Ive just bought a new GH4, Sigma 18-35mm, and Metabones speedbooster EF to MFT ultra adapter. When filming there is a very noticeable buzzing noise on the audio. I have researched this and found that buzzing was a known issue to GH4 cameras, but after seeing videos from people with this problem, the buzzing noise from mine sounds very different and doesn't seem to be affected by the same things.

I have found that when I unlock the lense the buzzing disappears, but when the lense locks back into place it starts buzzing again. Really not sure if the camera, adaptor or lense is the problem?? any advice you could give would be a huge help.  thank you

This might sound stupid but have you updated sigma lens with dock ? Also metabones and Gh4

I have the same set up except I don´t use a Metabones speedbooster but a Viltrox M2 ll.

This set up is totally silent. My GH4 has the latest firmware available, but the Sigma has the firmware that it was born with and it is 5-6 years old I think. Maybe this could indicate some issues with the Metabones in combination with the Sigma and GH4? As mentioned above, it might be a firmware issue.
