Bruno
Sounds like it's getting closer, but how close? :) http://www.digitalbolex.com/100-changes/
Dr. John R. Brinkley
This is going to be much more professional than the original Bolex. But by conjuring the spirit of Bolex I think it will appeal to those whole liked the fun and whimsy of the original camera so much.
Administrators Andrew Reid Posted January 30, 2013 Administrators Share Posted January 30, 2013 The latest model looks really impressive. Glad to see the extra time taken is being put to very good use.
markm
The camera really looks well thought out for the super 16mm format. Shame the BMC didn't have a super 16mm crop mode. I just hope they can get it made. That is the real test. One problem I have and maybe I don't really care but who will take you seriously with a camera that looks like a hairdryer. Bruno
They published the exact dimensions recently and the camera body is smaller than I had imagined from the pictures. Pistol grip is optional too.

FilmMan
Looks good. The more competition entering the field, the better for consumers. Look forward to seeing more footage from the camera in the near future.
ronjbase
Maybe Meta Bones will make a Speed Booster for it.......
