CLAMP FOR Iscomorphot 8/2x Anamorphic Lens

Blessings All,

I just bought a GH4, and this new anamorphic lens :

I've combed this site and others, but can't find a simple, reason solution. Does anyone know how I can mount this to any taking lens?
