OlofStorm
Shot this film in Botswana and I have to say that the BM cinema camera works perfectly for wildlife filming. You will need an external monitor because the screen on the back acts more as a mirror than as a display but other than that it has been great. It eats a lot of hard drive space so a few extra ssd's are needed. Let me know what you guys think. Ed Andrews
This is brilliant! You just have been packing some long lens, or did the sensor crop do all the work?
Benozaur
Oh my goodness - you just made me homesick. I'm originally from Botswana. I hope you realise how lucky you are to have seen both leopard and wild dogs in one trip, very nice. Looks like you got there well into the rainy season, all that green doesn't last that long. I'd recommend going again in the dry season when everything had dried out so you can see further (no green leaves blocking your view) also with water at a premium (outside of the Okavango) more animals are attracted to watering holes - things often tend to get interesting. Anyway, awesome footage and thanks for sharing. The hippo running along the bank gave me goosebumps, those things scare the crap out of me
millar
Fantastic!! The image quality is amazing. So this was the 4k BMCC, is that right? Which lens did you use?
