DayRaven Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 Hi guys, Some friends of mine are having a bit of a problem with a video they made - there's this wierd strobing effect over one of the angles. He told me that he can't even export the video again, so I'm thinking something in his editing suite - I'm trying to get a hold of him to get more details, but for now, may i leave the video and canvass some suggestions? Looks like it's a wholly different camera for that shot, so I'd consider that whatever codec you're using for that footage might be an issue for your editing software. fuzzynormal Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 You can encode the offending clip/shot into an edit friendly file (ProRes422, for instance) and once you use that newly encoded shot instead of the original one it will probably fix the issue.
