Hello,

I am shooting something that is projected with a beamer, but I see these RGB colors. How Can I fix this? (beamer is 60hz) A7S II is on NTSC 24fps 40 shutterspeed(to counter the moving lines on the screen).

Any idea how to fix this?

thanks!

UV or IR filter? Maybe even a polarizing filter - the light might be polarized differently on the edges of the projector beam. Definitely some crazy interaction going there with the projector light and the camera/lens - like a CA type effect..  maybe try different colour profiles on the camera, or even different lenses. Let us know if you find a fix for this one! I have seen this type of fringing on lights sometimes, along the edges of the beam.

This might be a single chip DLP projector with a colorwheel. This means that every frame is projected several times with diferent colors. You can easily check this by moving your hand in front of the beam and see with your own eyes if the motion blur is colored (3 or 6 colors, I believe). If the beamer is DLP you can probably up it to 100hz or even more, then select the lowest shutter speed possible (this is just an idea that could work).
