Germy1979
Love it. FT4 rating... That's like changing your relationship status on FB, so you know it's legit. Cinegain
Yeah, someone in the comments there the other day mentioned that. As well as a leak that should come from Atomos that should hint a 12-bit out... Not sure if there's much to it. But hey, that would be flippin' awesome! Let's get this party on the road! Or better yet, let's get this camera hit the shelves!
Django
Great news if true about 422 10-bit but no 4K crop I find misleading given the crop nature of Micro 4/3. Sounds like a cheap shot towards the 5D IV..

Sounds like a cheap shot towards the 5D IV.. The GH4 had an additional crop on top of the usual m4/3rds crop, giving an effective focal length of ~2.3x full frame when filming 4K. Presumably the GH5 uses the full width of the sensor.

Are we getting greedy? The GH5 would be back on top in terms of cameras with this form factor. I bet they will have improved upon the IBIS as well. Yes, I'm definitely getting greedy. M Carter
Reading Andrew's article - it seemed to suggest the sensor is APS-C/Super 35 - or did he mean "with the speedbooster". It would be really REALLY cool if Panasonic had a doubled-the-bitrate H265 option in there. H265 turned out to be a great feature in the NX, once the world caught up. teddoman and Mat Mayer

Wouldn't mind it if they start using XQD or CFast cards in the GH bodies. (but please not microP2!)
wolf33d
Amazing but my fears are: Forget the 4K60p, it will be 30p. Forget the good video AF, it will have GX80 AF. 2 major shit for me. Even if 10 bits 422 and no crop and IBIS are enough selling points VS the GH4 for most...
AaronChicago
Great news. That's really all that I would've asked for in the GH4 along with a LUT REC709 preview for V -Log. Neumann Films, sudopera, funkyou86 and 1 other

mercer
Not that I mind, just saying. I actually don't get the big deal about minuscule crop factors. An extra .14x crop factor just means you have to take .14 steps back... Problem solved. Justin Bacle and jpfilmz
