Cinegain
That's just some rebrand of one of them (crap (e.g.)) Chinese action cams you'd find anywhere through: http://chinaprices.us/?q= , https://finddealsfor.me/ , https://en.pandacheck.com/ , https://www.aliexpress.com/ , https://sjcamhd.com/ & e.g. http://www.elephone.hk/ele-explorelite . SJCAM also launches two new ones this month... with apparently a 3rd one on the way as well according their FB.
Chris Oh
crap as in image quality wise? just curious.
Cinegain
Yes. You pay for what you get. Possibly getting upscaled 4K from low-res too. There's decent alternatives to a GoPro that cost way less than a GoPro. But still if you want something that works well, you've got to pay up. Even within the cheaper China segment, like the 100$+ Xiaoyi/YI, SJCAM, GitUp, etc. IronFilm and Chris Oh
IronFilm
Agreed, if you want a cheap 4K action camera then go with the Yi 4K Chris Oh
Cinegain
Hum... looks like someone has been tinkering with one of these Chinese action cams and installed a C-mount adapter (á la Novo (Radiant Images) and Backbone). https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/cyclops-pocket-interchangeable-lens-camera#/ For what it is the footage is looking halfway decent. Hum. Chris Oh
Wesbruer
The only other cheap 4K action camera that can really compete with the GoPro is the Xiaomi Yi 4K. You can even check the comparison here between the Xiaomi and Hero5. Pretty close IMO.

JudyOrtiz
I only know one camera that fits your description - it's AKASO v50 Brave Costs only $ 101. The video quality in 4K leaves much to be desired, but as I understand it, you do not need it. And the video quality in Full HD is very good. By the way, pay attention to Campark ACT74. If you are going to get acquainted with the world of action cameras and use it for yourself, and then show the video to your family and friends, then you will like it. JudyOrtiz
I found another cheap action camera. This is YI Lite. Here is the official site link https://www.yitechnology.com/yi-lite-action-camera By the way, I found more information about it here https://findthedecision.com/best-gopro-alternatives/ . They write that when 4K fps can be only 15 and it says not about the best quality at high resolution. However, this camera has a lot of its advantages that you can see both in the video and in the review, the link to which I threw above
