2x anamorphic essentially 1.5x and 1.33x

Although one will not get the characteristics of anamorphic. Is there a benefit to such resolutions? Basically would this eliminate cropping and the use of a scope adapter. 

I'm currently shooting with a A7III and 1.5x aivascope.
