Canon EOS C100 DAF - Firmware ?? Is it DAF ??

Hi Guys, its Sunday so cannot contact Canon or the retailer to ask so hope you might help in meantime.

Bought a new Canon C100 supposedly with DAF upgrade.  However, firmware on it is 1.07.1.00 which is NOT for the DAF.  When looking through the canon site etc it should have latest firmware of 2.07.1.00.  Downloaded the firmware onto SD but camera will NOT let me upgrade?  Is this because they have sent me a C100 without the upgrade ? or am i doing something wrong ?  Any help would be appreciated.
