Century Anamorphic 37mm and GH3?

Would a Century Anamorphic adapter with a 37mm mount work with a GH3? I'm unclear as to whether this goes between the camera and the "prime" lens, or after the prime lens?

I assume after the taking lens. If the 37mm has to be adapted to a much larger diameter taking lens, will the small 37mm opening affect the field of view?

The Iscorama is 36mm opening, so no 37mm is fine. This lens goes after the prime like a normal anamorphic. It will be similar to the LA7200 in terms of the image. You might be able to go out to about 18mm on the GH3 with it, maybe wider.
