Lighting Help?

Stupid quick question for those on their lunch break...I recently got to dig into using my Aputure 198 and 528 lights. They work great for the price. For a light stand, the 528 came with a head that only tilts up and down. Can someone link a head for this light that will allow me to pan as well?

Loosen the lowermost knob (where the light's stand fitting meets the light stand) and pan, then re-tighten that knob.

Or, loosen one of the stand's stem knobs WHILE FIRMLY HOLDING THE STEM ABOVE THAT KNOB.  Then, re-tighten that knob.

Thank you sir! I'm not an idiot but spent about 5 minutes with it before a shoot and just decided to use a ball head/tripod combo. Tomato/Tomatooo
