UPS ate my camera

It's now the 7th of April.  Shipped on March 31st.  "delivery information not available at this time"

I hope I can get a refund!!! WHY ME!!?!?!?!

I've had this happen before with B&H. You'll probably have to give it another week, but if you keep calling their customer service they will send you out a new one.

Hopefully I can just get a refund.  I'm from Canada... US got it first and it's about $100USD cheaper there instead of up here so I thought I'd try.

I can't believe this happened though.

Wouldn't sweat it too much. Customs and snails are known to be in the way causing unannounced delays. Blame bureaucracy. Pretty sure it will appear out of thin air someday...

A similar thing happened to me for a shipment from the US to Canada. It was sent to me on March 17th, and the tracking showed it was processed at a New York facility on March 24th, and stayed that way for almost 2 weeks. I thought it was lost for sure, but it showed up with a hefty duty charge yesterday.

It wasn't camera gear though.

I shipped it domestic to the US.  They said there's a new delivery date now for next week.  We shall see..

Customs limbo.  Been there and done that way too many times.

Here's a frustrating word: "Carnet"  If you don't know what that is, be grateful.
